| Sanada finally stops running away from his inadequacies and insecurities, realizing the best path forward is to give up all pretense at excuses and just work hard. The teacher must have already known this from years of telling the same to his students. Great episode. Whatever product placement message must be subliminally working on me because I went to get my face mask after binging the first 4 episodes. |

| I like how this anime can be described as "starting an idol groups and cracking a cold one with the boys" and I don't know why that makes me smile so much. It's like... you know what? Why not? I'm glad that he came back and didn't just stop. There's always room to improve, so there's no need to stop just because you're not good right off the bat. Keep getting better! |

| Makoto manged to talk Sanada into coming back to Eternal Boys after showing Ishida practicing all by himself. It all clicked for Sanada when started dancing in the convenience store and even won over the store clerk. Now the Eternal Boys were able to do a video shoot for a dance cover of "The Gentleman's" song and that lead them to record their first debut song. With the new year getting started the Eternal Boys set their goal on performing at the Budokan which is a major venue in Japan. |
