Bob Epic Team with the weird rock-paper-scissors notion and an over-buffed Popuko. The Pop Team Cooking with the Wii Sports-like sound effects, NOICE. And both Popuko and Pipimi's rants on lies and haircuts are weird at best. Free hugs from prickly things, NOPE. | Okay, weird how the first segment is an "English Entrance" with the seiyuus trying to do English dialogue, just like how it was for Episode 3. It's always interesting to see the seiyuus try and speak English despite the accent and the incapability of pronouncing some English linguistics, but it's fun to see them try in the end. Aside from that, AC-bu at it again with their weird Bobunemimi segment, a over-buffed Popuko, Pop Team Cooking with an FPS game and Wii Sports-like sound effects, and Square Enix segments are becoming a mainstay. Also, bruh why they be using B-Side for this week's ED?. It's still one of the weirdest shitposting segments, and given the source, that's saying something. | Shining Shoulder would be a great anime. Sometimes I forget that Cthulhu is a recurrent character of Pop Team Epic. The car segment gave me a great idea. |

| I'll never forgive them if they actually cancel B-side, it's the best part of this season. Also, I am once again astounded by Asanuma's vocal range. I only recognised him from the metal song, because he used his Samatoki voice, but the other parts? He sounded different in every skit of this episode. |

| Shining Shoulder seems pretty good. I really enjoyed the transition into it, and it seemed like a pretty interesting series at face value. It certainly looked better than some other fantasy series out right now. Other than that, this time again, it seems like lately the male voice actors have been "going for it" more with these scenes. I've been finding their lines and execution funnier than the female VAs. I honestly wouldn't miss B-side. I mean, I think it's an important segment, but it certainly hasn't been the funniest bits of the pot. That being said, I sort of get the impression it isn't actually cancelled. Even if it doesn't show up next week, I imagine we'll see it again before the end of the season. |
