| Lot of exposition in this episode, but that was needed. You can’t have full action every episode. But wow the ending was crazy. The Wandenreich are gonna be a problem. |

| The pacing was way too fast imo to the point where the episode felt hyperactive because so many things were happening with not much breathing space. I mean I did appreciate the explanation of why Soul Reapers killed the Quincies since it served as a plot reminder, and the new Uryu scenes with his dad were good too, but the rest of the episode passed by in a blur. Still an 8/10 though. |
| Things seem to move at such an incredibly fast pace. Perhaps I am used to the old Bleach being so drawn out because the entirety of this episode felt as if it were on 3x speed. |

| Pacing felt a little odd but the action scenes were great. Seeing Kira get blasted in the chest really was an "oh shit" moment for me. |
| What a great episode, I really loved the confrontation between Mayuri and Yamamoto, really intense and awesome scene. The remixes of the old OSTs are also SUPER GOOD!!! HOLLOWED and On The Precipice of Defeat both got new renditions here, and I even loved the new OST that played as the Stern Ritters made their march through the Sun Gate. |
