| As one of the rare people that LOVED CP 2077 (at least for the story, characters, and world, the gameplay itself was decent but not mind-blowing by any means), this captured the vibes of the game perfectly. Although I could tell that it definitely helps if you already are familiar with the universe before this as it felt like you're just thrown into the world otherwise, didn't spend a lot of time setting it up, but then again was this ever marketed as a standalone Cyberpunk experience? So eh, I don't mind. I usually don't care about subtitle quality and Netflix's always suck without fail but I do appreciate that a lot of the in-universe slang like choom or nova were chosen over standard English when translating from the Japanese. Granted, I haven't listened to the dub so it could just be dubtitles and I'm giving more credit than they deserve lmao |

| That was a pretty promising start. The world setting reminds me a little of Ghost in the Shell. To be honest, that guy in the opening scene sort of resembled Batou hehehe. So far, I'm digging their groovy and dance punk soundtracks. After this unfortunate series of events, I'm curious if he'll go down the bad guy path... |

| Enjoyed it, but would've had better experience if only they worked on subtitles. Also, it seems that dub sound is compressed or some shit cause its way lower then sub audio(did anyone notice it?). |

| Not a bad start. A little quick, but overall good. This did a really good job setting up the world of Cyberpunk, a dystopian hellhole of death, sex, drugs, and poverty. It also did a great job establishing how cruel and uncaring this world is. David's Mom was a kind, caring, and decent person, and they treated her like complete trash simply because she didn't have a lot of money. The doctor handing David a tablet with funeral options while not giving a remote shit was brutal. Not to mention a cremation service that's like a vending machine. That was crushing to see. I like how they used the actual gun sound effects found in the game too, that's a nice touch. Never a fan of gratuitous gore, because it just comes off as obnoxious. Hopefully it isn't too prevalent in this. Looking forward to seeing more, as everyone seems to be hyping this up like crazy. But I have a feeling it won't be as amazing as many make it out to be. |

| This first episode was much better than I expected, and I already finished watcing the third episode, just wanted to comment on this, it felt really fucked up to see what happened to him, and I couldnt believe how everyone else was treating it, but also odd how he reacted, I was expecting him to go mad crazy way sooner, like right way, wtf... |
