I never had a preference either way for whether they killed off Chisato or Takina or any other character by the season's(series'?) end as I figure I want them to tell the story they want to tell and decisions like that can be executed well no matter what they are - I could be pleased with a light and reassuring ending, super grim and macabre, or anywhere in-between. The key lies in execution. But yeah, basically I agree with all of this. I'm remaining optimistic since ironically or not there are a number of things I enjoy about this show kind of independent of the quality of the plot itself (like primarily the character interaction dynamics, some of the action sequences, some of the OST, etc.), but just hope writing-wise and overall-wise it's not headed for a Yakusoku no Neverland season 2 or Game of Thrones season 8 style epic collapse. |

| Seriously, have the producers ever considered that any sane CITIZEN wouldn't just casually point anything gun-like to strangers on the street, not to mention they weren't even certain that it was toy to begin with? On the other side, the Lycoris girl just didn't give out any warning, and proceeded to shoot the other guy. Shit. This is so insane. A homemade movie could just do better, let alone any million-dollar work. The action sequences were still boring, as the road leading to it stayed underwhelming, given an aforementioned example: the hacking was unimpressive, since the inspectors just deliberately ignored a strange USB deliberately sticking into a government's computer, not getting blood-stained, at the scene of the police station's attack, let alone that they forgot to shut down the electricity at a place no longer at use. And yes, it's important, since this shit is based on the real world, so the shit 'It's just fiction' won't help. |

| I really like Kurumi and Mizuki scenes, they make a great duo and the funniest moments. Kurumi big brain moment finding all that info about another heart, i'm assuming she just really wants to help Chisato and LycoReco out for all the help they gave her. Majima continuing with his pursuit of revealing the hard truth about the Lycoris and Alan institute. In some light you can see Majima as an anti-hero with his means of showing the world the truth they need to see and, well you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. Interestingly he asked Chisato to join him to take down Alan institute, his wild card personality makes me like him more. Hope he lives, wanna see how he would take down Alan institute "bite the hand that feeds you" as they say. Majima vs Chisato was great. Majima had Chisato enter his territory of complete darkness, meaning his superior hearing would have the advantage over Chisato's superior eyesight. Takina kicking open a metal shutter was a hell of an entrance. |

| The action really picked up in this episode. If Takina hadn't had left the Lycoris group on the stairs there's a good chance she would've died with those roomba bombs. Her sacrificing her spot with the DA was the right move and they may no longer exist after being exposed by Majima anyways. It is now fully confirmed that Majima has super hearing/echo location as it was alluded to in a flashback scene a couple of episodes ago, and Chisato with her super sight. It looks like people selected to the Alan Institute do indeed possess some special ability/power. I am relieved that Chisato may be able to live a longer life with an improved artificial heart but there's still 2 episodes to go so who knows what will happen and also I wonder how far Yoshimatsu got since he was able to cut loose from being tied to that chair. Looking forward to the next episode! |

| Smh characters are braindead and the plot is too convenient. Somehow kurumi decides to look into stuff in the plane and gets the answer instantly when she could have done the same on the ground before flight took off(it was pretty obvious they would prepare a backup if chisato started killing). Not to mention how DA stupidly sends the lycoris without thinking that the enemies may have thought of a backup. Did they seriously think that the enemy will be standing right there waiting to be killed? This is what happens when you depend too much on an AI's spit ball answers without asking why. Not to mention takina putting 3 shots at same place and getting to the exact location where chisato is about to be shot. even though chisato knew by 3 missed tone+1, how would takina know where exactly to land? And yeah, stupid villain gives away the game by explaining the power. You could have explained once you trusted her, not before. Did you seriously think the ideal green beret would join your cause? smh revealing powers before enemy. you could have said you can see infrared instead of sound. Don't take it from me, take it from these two gals. And too much playing around. Dude should have tactically eliminated the bullet proof bag first instead of teasing her. especially when she shields with it first. Could have wounded her or something instead of playing around with her like a trash doll.  Instead of throwing takina in to chisato, he could have used her as hostage. lot of brain ded plot. Also, its pretty stupid of the da to let the lycoris walk in open, and let them harm civilians. not to mention thinking it is impossible for ai to be hacked even though it was hacked in beginning of season. should have rebooted it. I blame the alan institute for majima actions. heartless sob. Also, only redshirt random people/lycoris die and not the main team which was so close to explosion there is no way they should be alive. I dont like kurumi in this episode. doesnt do the analysis before boarding the plane, by which point it would be too late to help once it took off, and gives economic class to mizuki but pocketing economic for herself. and ordering mizuki around and heartlessly breaking her bf abroad by snatching phone without permission even though mizuki came down outta concern, coz she was in a hurry, even though she couldnt spend her waking time by searching for the nearby heart. taken together, it was the straw that broke my confidence in character. the hacker seriously should have made the two destroy the cellphone by deepfrying it or atleast making self destroying messages like in Mission Impossible. guess the hacker robota couldnt do it. Anyways, this is the problem with training younglings, sorry, lycoris from birth to cover up your misdeeds. I hope DA shuts the fuck down. I have to agree with asshole Majima here, DA is more harm than good. Especially the recent incidents with the bugging AI prove that DA is pretty incompetant at reading information and deciding strategies on their own. |

| I will never understand how this show has so many posts in every episode discussion considering how weak and shallow it is writing-wise. It's all so ridiculous: Kurumi practically hacking time and space, an idiot shooting a high-school girl because an edge-lord on TV told him so, a supposedly highly trained Lycoris dying to A SHOT IN THE ARM, the other Lycoris surviving explosions that happen right at their feet, Majima's minions not being able to hit Chisato when the girl is literally hanging right above their heads, Takina becoming freaking Hulk at the end, etc. And let's not talk about the convenient, "ahead of its time", new artificial heart the plot just introduced because it seems Chisato is too much of a waifu to be killed off. |
| another amazing episode! Takina arrive just in time to help Chisato. funny when Kurumi was waving outside the plane. Mizuki had to go with her "daughter" instead of going on a date. LOL looking forward to next week! |

Definitely one of my favorite things about Lycoris are the illustrations, it's just look, it's art (plus Kurumi and Mizuki's relationship hahaha, it's cool that he will use her as a slave and transport her in his suitcase hahaha). And even though it was her last chance to stay in DA, and the mission was ongoing, because something smelled fishy and she knew something fishy was going on; and if Chisato wasn't in the cafeteria, nor answering her phone, maybe Majima or her attempt to return the city to natural order, would be more involved than she thought; if she had to get her out of a jam and run to Chisato's, or for sure it could be a trap that Chisato might not come out of well, however, meeting her even though she was in the middle of the operation, Takina made her decision: I had to save Chisato. Initiating the third act or, rather, the anti-Majima operation, after agreeing to meet in half an hour, and annihilate the enemy, as the Lycoris they trained to safeguard the peace and, more importantly, the friend who would save Chisato. |
| Takina coming to save her girlfriend. The battle in the dark with Majima and and Chisato was already pretty good. So, it should be pretty interesting to see 2v1. Other than that, I think Takina actually got lucky by avoiding the initial operation. She's probably in a better position than ever to retain her status, if she so chooses. As her face isn't being broadcasted all over the city. Though, considering it's almost certain that Chisato will get a new heart, I imagine Takina will end up just sticking with her. Hopefully it finally turns full-on yuri. |

| The ost for the one on one between Chisato and Majima remind a lot of Imahori's very gritty guitar tracks for the trigun ost, very nice |
