| We finally got to see a glimpse of Sera's power. Kelvin got himself into presumably a bit of a mess with some heroes, purely because he just can't help his obsession. We'll see how the whole situation progresses in the next episode, hopefully this stunt won't leave Kelvin to deal with some unforseen consequences. |

| Victor's loss, and Sera's inclusion into Kelvin's party as the newest member is a huge help. And here, it starts Sera's journey venturing to the outside world, and Kelvin's obsession for rice as they descend into the Water Country of Toraj...not without some trouble from the state's infamous band of "Black Wind" bandits. That, Sera can easily handle on her own, and seems like their boss is the only worth of interest between the strong members. Trycen's Christoph being a national icon to take down the Black Wind (and then become its leader), and since the heroes are nearby, they might as well take...or be given all the credit thanks to guildmaster Mist (from Kelvin) and Melfina's information, just because he didn't want to fight mere enemies, but clearing off strong ones and leave just enough for the heroes. The un-acquainted Summoner being the villain, Kelvin really likes the villain life. |

| The show was fun to begin with but the addition of Sera just made it way more fun. She's basically a female Kelvin with the same urge to fight strong opponents. Interesting to see what Kelvin has up his sleeve for the hero party. Man I want to see what Melfina looks like. |

| Everyone’s got fresh gear! Sera looks very cool in Queen’s Terror and Arondight is pretty sick (RIP to my guy Victor). Gerard’s Dáinsleif looks sweet too! But Poor Kelvin, he was so tired he passed out on Clotho lol. I bet sleeping on Clotho would be like sleeping on a waterbed or something haha. Melfina better come back with that avatar (very excited to see what she looks like) before Sera and Efil make their move lol. Gerard and Clotho know what’s up! Anyways, I’m glad Sera got to see the ocean but I’m sad Victor couldn’t see it with her. I figured those Black Wind goons wouldn’t be shit. Sera tipped that big fella’s hammer over and crushed him with it haha. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised Christoph was their boss, he was suppose to have taken them out in the first place. Christoph and his goons would be a problem for the Heroes but luckily Kelvin got to ‘em first. That wasn’t even a fight, that was just an ass whoopin lol. It looks like there’s a Hero who’s a tamer too. Maybe Clotho can make a new friend! But it seems Kelvin’s got something planned for these guys. I guess they’re gonna be the “Black Wind” and just test them? Though if they’re all around lvl 50ish, they’re still not gonna be shit compared to Kelvin and the gang. Edit: Summoner and Tamer are different! My bad haha |

| Kelvin is such a fresh air for an isekai protag. Unlike 99% of other OP characters, he's excited to fight. He doesn't second guess his power or anything, he just wants to beat ass and take names. And I love every minute of it. This anime is such a dark horse of this season. I had little hopes for it, but every episode it gets better and better. New girl is adorable as hell, the slime is cool, gerard is an awesome character, efil may be a token elf (and her name is Life backwards LoL) and sure they pulled a konosuba in taking the goddess, but this anime is fantastic as far as isekai is considered. The CGI doesn't bother me as much as it may bother others (I'm more appalled by hataraku maou sama's new animation style). And the animation outside of the cgi is smooth enough for me to enjoy 9.5/10. Cannot wait for the next episode. Only reason it's not a 10 is because i want the next episode now! Almost everyone that died in the source material didn't die in the anime, the scene between the MC and the elf was totally cut. I don't know about the LN but atleast in the manga the characters are 1000000000000x more expressive than the anime, the most critical character trait of the protagonist was cut or badly adaptated (his battle maniac attitude) this was what made him a more interesting character than other isekai's MC and the anime destroyed it. This is not a good adaptation by any means. |

| What I'm enjoying immensely in this show, including the fight junkie attitude of the MC and that he's not some crazed sekz maniac like someone else this season, is the character design. Every main enemy, from bandit group in ep2, bandit group of this ep, Victor (especialy cool, he was very likeable, to bad).... had awesome design. It begs for their stories to be told. Main group too. Some very cool armor and toys to bash skulls with. Lots of efford for a single episode characters of seasonal isekai and I apretiate it. |

| Wow what a surprise to see that Kelvin wanted to kill two birds with one stone. They attacked the bandits from black wind while they were on their way to the place that has rice - Kelvin was craving for. They got to the blackwind headquarters and eliminated all the members while setting up an attack on the heroes who were meant to help clean up. That's how you know MC is a real battle junkie : I also like that he isn't that typical hero trope that is all righteous and unwavering in self confidence. Seems like this series isn't all copy paste. |
