Toaru Majutsu No Index, One Punch Man, Danmachi, Date a Live, Gokushufudou...
Why, JC staff? Why do you have to ruin so many things... And well, this anime is no exception. (PD: I understand the context that JC Staff goes through many times, but, I don't know, I just wanted to say this XD)

It's not always studio's fault
They should adapt as much material as the producers want
And J.C.Staff has made some good adaptations too so it means they're capable of it

Yeah I got you XD If my favorite manga gets anime adaptation , I would prefer other studios like OLM or Bones to J.C.Staff :D
No one wants J.C.Staff at the first place XD

Since when Danmachi was a bad adapatation? Thats is literally one of their front runners with a pretty consistent rating.

Gokushufudou was the flash manga. Netflix doing misguided promotion.

In Opm case people are just spicy that animation is not at top studio level. If season 1 was not done by top animators, nobody would have blamed jc staff as they are doing now

Index and this are probably their or there producers fault

I dont know about Date a Live. But since it had a shit premise I never tried.

danmachi season2 was done really badly and cut a lot of content. It was made around the same time as these other disasters. 1 was teceived pretty well and 3 better then but the adaptation of sword oratorio was received so badly they've never bother making more despite in being necessary for Aiz. The author himself has also been really surprisingly vocal about his dislike for the anime adaptation

Once upon a time I would have supported the notion that it's the producers' fault but since JC have started producing 10+ TV anime per year since 2017 they can't seem to get anything right.
Requiem is in the hole of " The Anime Producer has so many shows to produce that he doesn't have time to put together a decent team"
Shikkakumon, The realist hero and Mewkledreamy Mix which are the other 3 TV series they are producing this Winter are death as well production wise.
They are producing beyond their capability reason why the outsourcing is way more present in their production than 4 years ago

Since season 1 danmachi has been a mediocre adaptation but that is what happens when you try to cover 5 vols in 13 episode.
Season 2 was a shitfest in terms of pacing(vol 8 was 85% skipped but we had ep 5 as anime original for some reason)+going by Yamakawa to Tachibana as director is a hell of a downgrade.
Season 3 was better but mostly because the material of the novel is very solid still covid killed the production so nothing that can be done there.
With the 4th season they will probably try to cram the volumes 12-13-14 into 12 episodes, it's a pity that vol 14 is 600 pages, that is the double of a normal novel.
It will be a disaster but I don't think the producers will care since they only need to sell Hestia.

For Index the blame for season 3 is shared by both the producers and the author himself.
One faction wanted to move on to the New Testament while the other wanted the Old Testament to be finished, the result is what we had
TG root A had the same problem Ishida wanted an anime original route but the producers wanted to be faithful to the manga. The result was a mixture of the two, and therefore a disaster.
