Now let me point something out. Asking questions = asking for spoilers (answers). Unless something should have been told to you (based on anime arc being further than the reveal in the WN/LN/manga), it is a spoiler. This is especially true for the Kumo series because every single piece of information matters. Baba Okina-sensei-sama is a master of information manipulation. Every single reveal either confirms your own suspicions or flips the chessboard and makes you start from square-1 again. I actually expect the anime to be similar since she's staff for the anime as well. This means anything that is said about the series that hasn't been put in the anime is literally a spoiler, even if it was released before this point in the WN, LN, or manga. |

| Can't wait for the roller-coaster ahead. That goes for both timelines. There have been many changes since the source material, so I look forward to seeing how much better it turns out. Fitting this would be about the half way mark. :D Somewhat sad a few events were skipped. Well, it gives viewers a reason to read at least. |

| It must be tough on Sclain forced to both take up the mantle of the hero while also leaving school and his friends as well. After being dumped that amount of knowledge as part of her evolution i think anyone would feel like Kumoko did. Still its quite curious to see the four brains all agree on one decision and work together to formulate a plan forward. So in a flash Shiraori wiped out Julius's party as well as the support forces behind him then how fearsome. Using old style animation to show Kumoko's agility sure was fun. She sure made short work of the hive though. Overall an interesting ep that showcased Schlain's doubts as well as his determination to avenge his brother while also showing well Kumoko's newfound desire to get stronger in order to save the world. Looking forward to seeing her fight with the boss. |

| Well that confirms it. That was MC that took out the humans. That means she's really powerful and decently big now. I thought she was still tiny cause of the last comparison we had of her running away from the humans. Its probably cause the monsters have been so big and power that I thought she was relatively weak still. But in terms of the world of humans she must be OP now. The whole time difference thing is really messing with me though haha. So it would seem the MC is way in the past in comparison to the human side so events happening for her are stuff that happened way in the past. |

| This is stupid! I had a grain of hope that I was mislead, but now it's 100% certain. Kumiko really killed those humans. Why? That doesn't make SENSE at all! Did the show forget that Kumiko is also a human? Since when does she treat humans as random NPC's she can just kill without remorse? It was like 2nd or 3rd time she had met actual humans and this time she was obviously far superior than all of them combined, so why not try to negotiate or AT LEAST web them???? Why go for insta-kills. Wtf was that?!!! This was a retarded development made for the sake of "kumiko is an OP badass monster". And all the explanation we get is "I did it for self defense"??? That's bullshit! Humans were the ones defending in this case and Kumiko was never in any danger from the soldiers. So, what gives?! Fuck this shit! |
| @linkhuesitos Do you remember the whole "Skill are bad" that Sensei keep saying? . Anyways. I don't remember her saying WHY exactly. Well, this is the reason. There're certain skills and titles that can corrupt the mind of the holder, the ruler skills (Pride, Perseverance, Wisdom, etc), the anger class skills and titles likes Mercieles (that Kumoko also has). The problem is that Kumoko doesn't know this and she has been picking up skills as if they were candies. Skills she chooses sound eerie and suspicious, but we never get an explanation that she loses a sense of empathy or loses "humanity" as a result - I mean, was there ever any viable hint to that? She's been killing monsters and "animals" all this time, and finally met intelligent beings - humans, and that's how she treats them? Heck, she could simply leave lol. She behaved too much like a mindless angry NPC that doesn't stop their attack unless killed or you kill it. That's not the MC I'm used to watching! I haven't read the source, but to me it still didn't look like her mind was corrupted or something... She's still smiling and cheerful and shit, so it is confusing at best to why she'd do something so drastic! |

| Some very interesting foreshadowing at the beginning with taboo. Too bad we probably won't get much more info about taboo for a really long time. So the person who killed Julius might be the 10th commander? Maybe? I'm so hyped for this next fight with Araba! |

| Love how Kumoko can now obliterate weaker enemies whom she in the first few episodes had trouble with, but not strong enough...time to show why she has earned herself the dragon slayer title by slaying Araba! |
