I didn't think it would get tense but oh boy, that got a bit tense. Sueharu had a lot of guts going up on stage to tallk about his feelings as well. He's got some balls to confess in front of a whole audience. |

| If anything comes and goes, it's the one-too-tropey school cultural festival and its shenanigans. Sueharu's class holding a Japanese style cafe, ok. LOLS that scared me for a moment that the new girl Shirou/Kachi would complicate things further in a messy tangle, but it's just Shirokusa in tomboy fashion, hmm what a way to elope secretly. That doesn't discount that Kuroha has found out the easy way, and both Shiro Kachi and Kuro Kuroha are mortal enemies. HMM...I'm not sure about having such a confessional event in a cultural festival, it sure puts the girls on stress mode on the spot while the guys just mention sweet words on a flamboyant level. A "wonderful" play of Abe being the good "baddie" guy just to help Sueharu get back on his footing. Such adolescent high-school levels of "revenge" plot just for show, even if it's meant to show who's superior between Sueharu and Abe-senpai. Of course, since this is a rom-com, it has the appeal of everything going both right and wrong, of which I'm fine since this show is full of those tropes (that OreSuki just did the SAME formula better). Like Sueharu, I'm saying: WHAT THE HELL!? |

| So the fated stage has finally appeared huh. Kuro though looked cute in her outfit at their café stall. Kachi using the Shirou card came sooner than expected though still as effective. Having Kuro intercept her cherished reunion moment though must have been heart-breaking though. Still it's adorable seeing Kachi try to close the distance between them. The analogy of Orange Tabby vs Shiba Inuby was spot on. Kuro deciding to reset her relationship was a surprise though at least it levelled the playing field. The stage plays sure are popular ways to confess. The concert between Abe and Sueharu though really was fun. Damm being rejected by Koro after rejecting Kachi must have been painful. Despite his surface personality Abe turned out to be quite the kind person. Overall an excellent ep that featured a good balance of tension, revelation and comedy. Bet even Maru didn't think he can close off two routes at once though lol. Looks like Maria will be making her debut next week and in doing so add a new complexity to Maru's love life. |

| No one wins in the end. Yeah! That was a stupid ending like Abe said. There is still a long way to go for the three of them especially when the new love rival, "Momo", will be introduced next. I think I saw someone resemble Kuroiwa-buchou from Houkago Teibou Nisshi. lol. Both of the series were produced by Doga Kobo anyways. |

| I felt like my brain was melting when they started dancing. First of all, confession ceremonies themselves are hella cringey but then these lot took the biscuit by breaking into a dance and singing with a full blown band and production. The break up scene was decent, you know the scene is meant to be impactful when the camera zooms in on one of them and they try to animate each word lol. Again I think I lost a few braincells after that dance coupled with that ending xD |

| Well that sucks. After Maru's courageous confession on stage to Kuroha, Kuro just rejects him in front of everyone. So now both of them are even? But Maru's case is worse. Bruh... Shiro was pretty cute in this episode too, but dang, what a twist. And so the story continues....now that the 3rd girl will be arriving soon. |

| Kachi disguising herself as Shirou was cute. Also, that Kuro-Shiro analogy was cute from Kachi. Kuro is cute but funny. She doesn't want to get embarrassed but also wants to. Huh? But damn... that confession. Didn't expect that at all from Maru. It was pretty obvious that Abe Senpai was playing the bad guy for Maru's sake. Everyone's in despair. LMAO |

| That dance by Abe and Maru was unwatchable. Honestly, I have no idea where the romance in this show is going. I'm kinda surprised that Kuro actually rejected Maru. Maru's reaction was priceless. There was a lot of revenge in this episode. |

| With Maru's character backstory flushed down the toilet really quick from previous episode, thank god Shiro's past with Maru for being mistaken as a boy for having a short hair got quickly resolved as well in this episode. Mitsuri Abe or Senpai honestly was the best in this series so far tbh. Abe-senpai wanting for Maru, a former talented child actor, to overcome his past tragedy so he can go back to what he's talented at, acting. Probably fav char so far, just because this reminds me of Kaori Miyazono. Maru confessing to Kuro in the other hand was something I didn't expect this episode, but I welcome it. Although she rejected him for the sake of "revenge", I'm curious to see more a bunch of these people focusing rejection on others. A new girl approached to the harem huh, now I can finally moved from this wack love triangle between Kuro and Shiro, yeah even when the new girl looks like gonna be the "imouto" type. |

| that dance scene was so bad. so so bad oh my god. i couldn't take it seriously, it came off as comedic i can't get over how bad that was. this whole anime is so stupid i was kind of hoping it'd be better but it just keeps getting worse and worse. mc works up the courage to confess to who he didn't think he'd confess to, but got rejected because .. ? she was nervous ? is the next 9 episodes just gonna be a back and forth of that? this is an actual shitshow oh my god im not even gonna try to take anything seriously, one of those shows thats so bad that its hilarious |

| Y’all when I say I literally screamed “lets fucking gooooo” to the top of my lungs when MC confessed to best girl kuro... just for her to say “no” man fuck this shit. I hate the contrived drama for nothing more than drama’s sake. Kachi is obviously gonna win by virtue of her being the main girl, which is stupid. When Kachi inevitably wins, this is getting a 5/10 from me. |

| Damn, I didn't expect everybody to be losers in the end. Haru was pretty damn cool up on stage there, for once he actually seemed invincible and not weak, that did come to an end after he got shot down. Mans made the wrong choice, he should definitely be going out with Shiro. |

| Nanithefuck. I guess this is the standup comedy of the season. The one that no one finds funny. Or funny for all the wrong reasons. Abe should have just come out & say he loves Sueharu too. He couldn’t be any more obvious. I won’t be surprised if he did since this episode felt like it was on STEROIDS. Also am I missing something — who is that girl who looks like Gou-chan from Free! going around filming everyone?? Also the dance was so bad, was it intentional?????? Lol Can’t seem to like any of the characters yet. I guess I like Sueharu’s friend/Nobunaga’s character. Everyone else is.......nuts |

But the show just had to do this to make the other girls have a chance. sign I'm guessing Kachi is going to win...OH GOD PLEASE NO The title is actual bait. It feels so wrong that she is considered a childhood friend because she met the MC a few times while acting. Kuro was with the MC from the very start making her the OG childhood friend so I'm a little pissed that Kachi will probably win. |

| This is officially the stupidest anime I have ever seen. I can not even call the animated things that look like people “characters” because that would require them to possess a consistent psyche. They are more akin to plot devices that do whatever contrived bullshit the writer wants them to do in order to advance the plot in the stupidest way possible. This anime makes the characters in Gamers! look realistic. They even had to spend the last 3 minutes of the episode explaining how this stupid situation occured and it still made no sense. It’s honestly up there for the worst writing I have ever seen in a professional product. Obviously I am dropping this. |

| I'd wouldn't have thought, before watching this episode, where all of the mains characters would take the L, but somehow, they did. I did like the personal scenes with Kachi and Haru, then Kuro and Haru afterwards, but then came the confession festival, which went a bit crazy with Abe and Haru dancing to the song. The amusing thing is that the band players were well animated, whereas the dancing from Abe and Haru was, honestly, choppy. I was happy that Haru did confess his love to Kuro, but due to the conflicting goals she had, she was dumb enough to reject him in front of everyone, then came to regret it afterwards. At least Abe and Haru's friend realise this and comment on their failures like the know-it-alls that they are. XD The episode is dumb, but I still liked it for what it was. At this rate, I would call it a guilty pleasure! =P |
| The last part of this episode was so hard to watch... the dancing animation wat atrocious, they should have not even attempted it. And the confession? That was contrived... this just creamed of the author wanting really bad for this to happen but did not really know how to build up to it. Why did she reject him? Because the anime would be over, that is why! She had no reason at all to reject him, and they "explaining" it later did not make it more believable even the slightest bit more plausible. Well, this show is a hard disappointment as of now. |

| I was thinking that the whole Shiro reveal was going to take atleast another 8 episodes or so, I am glad it actually happened now instead of being dragged out while the viewer already knows what's up. To think that no one wins... Wellp, it's only episode 3 after all. Eventho this looked pretty dumb, it was pretty entertaining and unexpected in a way. Atleast this way the story can continue and everyone starts from zero again. See how this will go throughout the rest of the show. Now I have a hard time picking who is best girl... New girl is gonna be interesting, she calls Maru Onii-chan, that's gonna be fun. |
