Haven't finished the 2nd season but it is a Masterpiece!

Damn! I am still at Season 2 episode 13 and although it did not make me cry (I am really expecting the same level as Clannad AF), the quotes really did hit me, the character development of Kiriyama is great, the atmosphere is one of the best I have seen, and the pacing for me does not seem fast or slow. The topics that is tackled such as depression, bullying, gaining and losing, loneliness, and much more is goddamn smart. I won't expect this series to make me cry in the end again (Why did I even expect lol) but I can see that I will put it in one of my top 10 list. The atmosphere, whether it is dark or light just captures it like it has a magic on to it that will pull me each episodes.

Reality is often disappointing.

Exactly why this series is mesmerizing. I just imagine the house where the three sisters live during the night time and it just makes me filled with warmth and brightness. I like that portrayal of the house so so much that whenever someone asks me or tells me to close my eyes and think of a relaxing place, I suddenly remember the scene where the house is lit with yellow light with the moon in the background. It just calms me so much that even though its an imaginative piece of artwork, I can remember only that whenever I need a soothing place to remember.

Yeah, you're goddamn right! 3-gatsu no lion has been one hell of a anime experience for me. It's art style, bg and what-not is a total relax pill. If you'd like then I'd say do read it's manga also. Currently in the last chapter of manga, it was such a beautiful moment. It made my whole reading journey worthwhile.

Yeah, this didn't make me cry either but its so god damn great. Characters were amazing. Especially Rei. I felt like I had some sort've connection to him.

The bullying felt so.. real.

But tbh, I hate how people would say "Hina cries too much" when she is being fucking bullied(Imo, this anime portrays a bullying victim the best, lonely, depressed, etc)

Literally warmed my heart when I saw Rei come over there bruh. So damn wholesome.

I gave up on character of the week since it takes too much thinking. I'll just change my forum pfp to whoever I want every week lol.

It’s really good, but the pacing could be a little bit faster I feel like. That’s my only critique though, and most of it is very entertaining or enjoyable to watch.

One can hope. Shaft hasn't been looking too hot from what I hear though, so I'm a bit skeptical.
