| I liked the second season more than the first season. I'd rate the second season an 8. It was quite enjoyable and I like all the colors. The story was okay, not great. But overall, the anime was fun to watch. |

| I personally liked the first season way more than the second season. I rated the first a 7/10 and the second a 5/10. The first season was not only longer but had more memorable parts and the character development and world-building were much better. The second season changes its approach and instead of choosing to follow a darker path it instead decided to go the generic good-guy path... Which in my opinion was really underwhelming, considering how overpowered Rimuru got in the span of 2 episodes was not so ideal tbh. |

While it might have not gone super dark, they did kill a lot of people. Thou, too each their own. |

Which in my opinion was really underwhelming, considering how overpowered Rimuru got in the span of 2 episodes was not so ideal tbh. dont forget the fact that it comes from the softy slime called rimuru, we're not talking about nagato/pain from naruto who is already a killer to begin with so its not really that surprising to see him massacring ppl in the leaf village(konoha) back then not only rimuru killed 20k of ppl, he also devoured their souls and feed all the corpses to the demons lol there's a huge difference between a lion that preys on a rabbit and a lion that preys on another lion |

| Well I gave this 2nd season a 7/10, which means I liked a lot, didn't love it, but liked it a great deal. My reason as to why I didn't rate it higher is: 1. Rimuru is trying to hard to play nice and sometimes can't tell when the situation requires him to be serious. 2. The three stooges stopped Rimuru from "putting everyone to rest inside of him". The original source material was followed. But I would have prefered to see Rimuru go a bit more dark. . 3. This anime has the same problem as "Overlord". I was hoping they would fix it in "Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken", but they just repeated it, which disappoints me. |

| It's a solid 9 for me (in MAL scale: 10masterpiecce, 9really good, 8good, 7average, 6meh, 5bad, 4-1garbage and/or insulting) I said before it was cringy, but being cringy doesn't make it bad. For a comedic isekai with shonen tropes, it's really up there in my list. This second season part 1 was better than the first season which I rated as an 8 because it didn't feel like it wasted screen time like the first. Expecting good things for S2 part 2. |
| 2, an interesting premise, but wasted horribly on going the most generic and predictable root. MC is an empty shell for self isert. Other characters are so poorly written that you can just describe them in a couple words. Very lazy writing overall. |
