Although, your comment and the comment above that it's probably just another case of mediocre anime adaptations. even the main male character is trash he feels like an edge hentai character and repeats the same quotes ''evil with evil'' and laughs like he is kirito meets Doflamingo Lmao yes at times he felt like someone’s edgy Akatsuki OC or Weapon Meister OC, and constantly with the karma and evil quotes. What makes it funny to me tho is that he would blatantly go on talks about killing people without a single hint of remorse and the female MC would try to convince him to be good every single time anywhere and anytime. Like there was a part where they were surrounded by yakuza members in a room and she tried to do that morality crap wtf. I was praying for him to be able to succeed in using his fire power on her. |

| While some people enjoyed it. I didn't enjoyed it because of the female lead. There were some other factors in this adaption that made me disappointed as well. At least OP and ED were decent. |
| Personally, no. The story is all over the place, the characters are extreme archetypes - To the point that it just doesn't make sense. It's like they tried to cram a comedy/ecchi/edge/slice of life into a single series. This was too cringey, for me, but I can see why 13-year old edgelords would like it. It hits every prepubescent male's fantasy - The "dark and edgy" anti-hero with no emotions, the dumb, justice-absorbed heroine who has the Sakura syndrome of yelling the MC's name over and over again, with little to no impact. Oh and a loli mother because every Japanese guy fantasizes about screwing a little girl. |
