| It was so good and the cgi wasn't bad at all pretty smooth. Mappa the goat! I will give the cgi a 7/10 overall though everything else was a 10/10, the ost the art style everything. I personally loved it! I can't wait to watch it in higher quality. Thank you Mappa! |
Oh wow I can't believe it's back!!!!!! The wait was definitely worth and MAPPA is sure doing a great work, we watched it all together at the office, we were a bit surprised by the chara design changes but its pretty great in the end, I discussed it with Takeru who used to work in Mappa and he enjoyed it a lot. Oh wait I almost spilled my cup of coffee. I had a friend on the phone who was airing the episode in the studios, he said the atmosphere over there was very stressful, understandable. We all screamed in the office at such a late hour my boss went home anyways |

me: wow what a good episode. have to say the cgi could use some work. otherwise I am looking forward to this beast. op was pretty cool too. not exactly like how it was back in the day, but still p epic. same for ed. |
| Great start to the final season of the series. I'm guessing MAPPA will be using mostly CG for the titans. It'll take some getting used to, but I have full faith MAPPA will continue to improve as the series progresses. |

| This was pretty awesome, they didn't waste time much at all jumping right into the action for the soldiers. Not sure how I feel about the OP song tbh but it is what it is. Smoke covering the battlefield, bullets spraying, and of course the Titans. They made the episode look like a brutal war, the exact type of opening episode that was needed for this season. Despite the horror, I find some parts of the episode realistic as it illustrates the reality of the battle. Armored Titan is also back! Supreme music and soundtrack as expeted. This is off a fantastic start! |

| This was a great start, I think it adapted pretty faithfully the beginning of Marley arc. I love the banter between Falco, Gabi and the rest of the kids. The OP is really catchy and it fits the atmosphere of the new arc pretty well imo. The animation was great and smooth too, as expected of MAPPA <3 |
| wow, the setting is so different, it's almost like an entirely different show. still no idea how many years have passed and what's actually happening, but hopefully everything will be answered production was quite good, hope it stays that way |

| Watched it raw. They used a lot of CGI with the titans, especially with the Armored one. But It wasn't bad anyway. OST were great and fits perfectly. I also like the sound effect for weapons shot, good. Effects like smoke, fire and stuff were also good. I don't like the OP, it's so weird, but the ED has a beautiful song. |

| Wow we get to see more of the outside world now. I thought it was a flashback at first, but then Reiner appeared and the second half went crazy. This new group seems a lot like Eren's gang. Maybe that was him with the hat at the end? Amazing first episode. So it's finally begun. The final season! I'm excited yet nervous to see how it all unfolds. |

| well the close up of the characters are on model at least but i notice off model drawings for the rest the 3DCG is good its standard 2.5D animation or cel shaded by the anime industry so nothing great yet  overall the pacing is kinda slow but its been ages since i read this part of the manga |
| Just watched it raw and the production values seemed pretty decent to me, the actual animation with the characters is pretty much nonexistent but the art is very good and consistent (for now). The CG on the other hand, although it was used a lot, it was actually amazing, the jaw titan in particular was some of the best CG i have seen in a while, still prefer 2D animation overall, but i dont mind this at all. The music was still good, the ost from the trailer that kohta yamamoto did was a particular highlight. The pacing was also pretty good, im somewhat optimistic, but we also shouldnt judge the product of an entire anime with just one episode either. |
| SnK is finally back and this season started with an intriguing episode. Lot's of new characters intorduced. Gabi's such a brave girl but annoying too. Thou that bombing scene was really cool. Zeke really likes baseball XD, he just loves to throw. Well I'm glad they ain't rushing things and this episode adapted like two chapters. With this pacing we can hope for a decent adaptation pacing wise. CG was decent, not bad but not that good either. Thou I don't have complaints against the CG as I wasn't expecting top quality to begin with. OP/ED both were okay, I like the ED more. Anyway off to good start and hopefully the quality won't drop and will be consistent. |

| The music really did it for me. But CGI is still CGI, granted it's some of the best CGI I have seen. There were just some moments like Reiner waving etc. that were too "smooth". Good CGI is when it limits itself to static objects or makes the movements more "choppy" to look like it was drawn. Otherwise you will quickly detect that it's CG |

| While the CGI is noticeable, I think it's pretty decent. I hope it stays that way. The pacing was also pretty good, I had the manga on the screen to understand what was happening and they adapted everything well. And the OP was quite impressive, loved it. |

| Oh man, totally missed the foreshadowing when I read the chapter. Anyway, right off the bat an action packed episode with production that delivered. Reiner looked great running along the walls and Zeke wasn't too bad. I honestly didn't have any specific expecations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Visuals aside and more importantly, the whole atmosphere was on point. Really feels good to have this back and to get reminded how much more enjoyable it is compared to the manga. Truly an epic experience. As for the theme songs. Not my favorite opening, I prefer the ending yet it got something and fits the tone of the new arc in a way. |

| This definitely looked clean af. The atmosphere was captured beautifully! Glad MAPPA can give us this experience. I can definitely get used to the CG if it's looking this good too. |

| And so it begins, the season that's gonna put AoT up there as a moder day classic! Well fucking done Mappa! The music was fire and the animation was decent! The real test will come later, can't wait to see if MAPPA can handle a good chunk of the panels later on Also, PATHS! |

| This really surpassed my expectations, i never thought the battle of fort slava to be this good. The CG is kinda good, as long as you don't pause on a certain frame Yep, i'd say this is a superb start. |
| Good episode, the artstyle and character design are really good tbh. The CG will take a bit of time to get used to because the movements are so clean in regards to the environment the titans are in, but it’s not bad CG. I dont doubt that people will still complain tho this community is toxic so it’s expected. The OP was meh to me, ED is better but the overall ost was solid. 4/5 overall for the start of the season, MAPPA doing a good job so far. |
