| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Oh the mind games of this second round is well executed imo. Nekoma High really is one of a kind for a school with diverse range of players. The match itself had a decent pacing but it's the plays that made the count. From some fierce serves to defenses, we got the level of match I had expected from Nekoma. The focus on Kenma Kozume is most noticable to see how much he's learned himself and with the team. Respect to both teams. |

| Even though KajiKaji's character got tired, that sharp eyes... It seems like he noticed the enemy team's strategy. Off on purpose? And old coach also knew what enemy coach would do. Both teams don't give up and feel annoyed at enemy teams. KajiKaji's character being off concentration and being mad is cute. Cat team won w. KajiKaji's character trusting his teammates. He was also cute when he answered why he can stay longer while eating banana. Then cat team looking at main team's game. 26:27 next. Showing the continuation of the first game. |

| Epic episode. Nekoma are an awesome team, watching them work together and counter their opponent's strategy of wearing down Kenma with their own was just pure awesome. OST was top notch as expected, especially when it kicked in as Kenma went upto to make that toss that resulted in the winning point of the second set. Great stuff, this is what I watch Haikyuu for, the raw energy, the excitement and in Kenma's words - "The Guts". xD The part where Kenma blamed gravity was gold. |

| Nekoma showed true tenacity and strength. They won the game even though Kenma really wanted to lose himself. Aside from that. Nekoma is cheering for Karasuno knowing that if they win, they will be facing each other in the next match. Which is the Battle at the Garbage Dump! After the matches of Aoba Johsai, Shiratorizawa, and hopefully Inarizaki.The match between Nekoma and Karasuno is the next big match many are looking forward too. However, I am expecting Karasuno to be playing a third set against Inarizaki because they are a team that should not be very easy to beat. And if I remember correctly Inarizaki is ahead 13-7, but Karasuno just scored a point. So it has to be 13-8 now. Wonder how this will turn out for the second set. |
| A match with an extremely predictable outcome that became entertaining thanks to Kenma's wits and angery (•Μ_•Μ) personality during a match and... ehem... guts lol. Also Kuroo the one true HQ husbando is always a joy to watch It looks like we're on our way to get the CatxCrow match that has been hyped ever since S1. I stayed away from the manga because I didn't want to spoil this season but it is becoming more and more obvious lol |

I'll be sad at the end of the Karasuno VS Inarizaki match though... no more Miya twins π’ Such inspiration team spirit this episode. Kenma has come so far since his first appearance in this show; he cares so much more about winning which has just made him all the more formidable and it's heartwarming to see him push himself for his teammates. |

| an amazing episode!!!!!!!!!!11 The ending was a really obvious foreshadowing for what's going to happen next episode, and i'm suuuperrr hyped. Bruh yamamoto and kenma and the other dude who's name I still can't remember after three years (sorry!) have a such a cute friendship :) Still can't get over how stunning kenma looks in white. The art and animation was fabulous, can't wait for the next episode AHHH IF THE KARASUNO AND MIYA GAME DOESNT END BY NEXT EPISODE IMA BE SO PISSED also, i need some fukurodani action asap an edit: i understand people are upset that the show has veered away from karasauno and their but it's a nice change of scenery. Also IMO i'd much rather see other teams play. sorry. karasuno is one of my least favorite teams... |

| I love Kenma's analysis skills and smart tactical planning. The other team thought they were running game on Nekoma when in reality Nekoma was running game on them pretty much from the get go. I love that psychological component and seeing Kenma get angry and worked up was just the icing on the cake. What an episode. <3 |

| Kenma is the star of this episode. Nekoma using there strong defence and Kenma using his big brain gave them the victory they deserved. R.I.P the losing team though. All that's left is for Karasuno to overcome the ultimate challenge. Come on Karasuno, don't keep Nekoma waiting. Good episode :) |

| Another episode with subpar animation (for Haikyuu! standards). The second half of the Nekoma match was fine, but there wasn’t anything too memorable about it. I just hope the quality animation is back for the rest of the season, because I’m starting to get a little worried about it. |
| The animation has been absolutely horrendous so far. Production IG can do sooooooo much better. They really should have delayed this season more since i'm assuming this was cause of covid. Haikyuu deserves better </3 |

| Great episode all about nekoma and specifically kenma once again. I really have come to love Kenma just as much as any of the Karasuno gang thanks to all the episodes focused on him. Looking forward to the fight between nekoma and karasuno in the future! |

| 10/10 episode, what an amazing episode. i don't really care for the miya twins/inarizaki so i really liked the focus on nekoma. the narrative of their team dynamics thru kenma was really well done too. KYAAAAANMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA why should these nekoma episodes have been OVAs? if they end up playing against nekoma again which seems like they would, there wouldn't be any build-up. these episodes were worthy & fitting imo. |

| Damn, Kenma's resilience and guts are quite something! Checkmating your opponents while they've been under the impression that they've already checkmated you was amazing to see unfold here. Kenma cursing gravity and "guts" though, lol. Nice to see a new side of him awake as a result of this tough game. Pleasing to see the elder Coach acknowledging his junior by the way, always love those moments! Back to Karasuno's match next episode, here we go! |
