THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty much a pointless recap. But I must say, they covered the whole thing in a good way. |

I seriously recommend watching this for those who watched 6 month ago or last year. This is great recap imho. this is watchable without needing subs. by the way, please anyone can tell me what was the last ed song from? or is it new? that soundtrack was really top-notch imo. |

I usually avoid recaps like fire as most of the time it's just a waste of time but surprisingly so I started watching this one and watched it whole. I more or less remembered everything that happened in S1 but it was a good recap nonetheless and it sure helped me remember everything that happened up to this point in anime. Hearing the voices, listening to best tracks and seeing the beautiful animation sure helped me out get little eagerness towards the incoming season because well BNHA might not be top notch shounen but it's anime is really well done. |

Got chills seeing that All Might vs. Nomu fight again. I didn't really need to watch this since the events of the first season aren't too difficult to remember, and I've read the manga, but I thought it was a nice refresher. I also didn't mind the shitty subs, since it was pretty much recap narration and dialogue we've seen before, so you don't have to pay too much attention to it. |
People on MAL refuse to actually enjoy watching anime. Your taste in anime isn't a personality trait. MAL is literally just anime Twitter as its own website lol. |

It was a good recap, I actually watched it last week when the raw came out. They pretty much powered through the first season but Deku's narration was really nice. The ED with glass paint like visuals was awesome though. |

A somewhat decent recap and a nice refresher, plus BnHA has an amazing OST, so it's always nice to hear parts again. |

it was okey. but it was pointless IMHO. there is nothing new to show other than 98% of it being recapped stuff. im still confused tho. it aired today witch is the 1st of april so does that mean we have to wait till next week to get the first episode ??? cause if so its going to be a somewhat annoying wait. |

i usually watch recaps when i get to them, so was fine with watching this to prepare for season two, and i think it showed the important parts of season one very well, but the subs didnt make sense, and i almost didnt pay any attention to them, and just watched the scenes not listening to what people were saying as a reminder of the scenes ?? |

Where was everyone watching this? I saw it just now on Crunchyroll and the subs seemed fine. Did they fix them? |

I watched it on Crunchyroll as well and I didn't see any problems. Nothing much to say about this really, it was a good, succinct recap of the first season. |

Since the first season was paced slowly and not a whole happened, it was unnecessary. I can never tell if these recaps have new dialogue or are just pieced together. |

Episode 13.5 ... I thought I was going to be like a fun sorta filler type of episode but it was basically a recap of season 1... (c" ΰ²€,_ΰ²€) whatever... |

I really enjoyed this episode. What made it really enjoyable was seeing inside Deku's note book. I like the drawing of Ochako. |

It was a nice, very nice recap, with the Deku voice always in off to give more intensity!!!!! |

It was one of the better recaps I've seen. I still dislike recaps but at least they've put in some effort and didn't just reuse footage without changing anything. |

My initial thoughts before watching this would be to rate it a 7 at most because it's just a recap but they went Plus Ultra with the execution and covered the most exciting scenes with amusing narration from Deku. Loved the notebook parts that transitioned the character profiles and it definitely made me excited to finally watch the second season. |

I cringed so hard when Deku cried because all might said he can inherit his power. Hopefully season 2 isn't gonna be filled with Deku's annoying tears. Decent recap I guess. I kinda hate Deku, so I hate how the entire recap was completely fixated on him only. Really wanted to see more of the good stuff like kacchan & Deku's fight. Guess recaps don't show much of the fights. |

It was a okayish recap episode. Anyway I'm looking forward to the tournament arc in S2 |

Well, i watched this just to be reminded of the first few seasons as I had watched it almost a year ago and now I will watch the 6th season that is airing. I think this recap of the 1st season was quite well achieved but you wouldn't need to watch it if you had watched season 1... |

Just a little recap/refresher and a preview for next time. It was nice to hear some of these lines. I listened/watched while building a model kit. |
