My name is RealPikaman1 or Naurez. Neither is my real name. I am a student at Texas A&M University. I love anime. I consider it a part of my life. I used to watch it as a little kid. Back then I didn’t consider it as anime. I used to watch it Saturday mornings on 4KidsTV as cartoons. If you ask me what my first anime is, I wouldn’t be able to answer you. It could have been Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, or Naruto. But the first show I watched with the intention of watching an anime was Fairy Tail. I really liked it but I didn’t go watch other series. Since Fairy Tail is my first anime series I have watched, it holds a special place in my heart. This is why I easily get butthurt when people say that Fairy Tail is trash or not good. I found out about anime when I was in India. My cousins live there so we went to visit them. I had to watch cartoons as all my cousins are younger than me. I opened the TV and saw a channel called Animax. This is how I learned about anime and how I can watch something age appropriate as well as "cartoons" so my parents don’t get angry. But then, they later found out that it is not okay for my cousins to watch it so I started to watch Fairy Tail on the laptop.

In October 2014, I was bored and started to search 4KidsTV and other channels and found shows that they used to air. I was surprised that most of the shows were anime. I looked at all the shows I used to watch like Mar and Gash (Zatch) Bell then watched them again. After watching all of the previous shows, I went online and searched for more anime to watch. Before I knew it, I became part of the anime world. I also don’t like reading manga because there is no animation, sound, and it takes too much of my time. This is partly why my manga list is private. I will open it up when I feel like. I am also #TeamSubs.

Well, this is my personal history on how I became a part of the anime community and I hope to be part of it as long as I live.

From the day I created this account till June 2016, I used to rate anime in this manner:

Now, I rate my anime like this:
10/10: These shows have so much good within them that any flaws that exist are simply overshadowed.
09/10: These shows are well crafted but have one or two flaws that refrain it from having a GOD like feel.
08/10: These shows are very good and ENJOYABLE to watch.
07/10: These shows are FUN to watch.
06/10: These shows are fine but not anything special.
05/10: These shows are boring and a chore to sit through.
04/10: These shows are just straight up bad.
03/10: These shows contain too many flaws to ignore.
02/10: These shows are all around horrible.
01/10: These shows have so many flaws that any good inside of them are ignored.
