| I am very happy to see Emilia and the villagers chatting and smiling at each other, my heart feels happy when I see them. Ehhh! seriously?! Subaru returns to Japan ?! The ending is really Cliffhanger, I can't wait for the next eps! |

| It is interesting how comparing to the manga or the light novel, the second and this third episode adapted exactly 2.5 manga chapters or 1.5 LN chapters. This ending is introducing something new to the story so far, surprisely different of most Isekai: finally just in the second season it is going to tell something about the "original world" of the MC (what in many other Isekai it is the 1st thing that matters to the transported char) |

| Heh, that talk between Subaru and Witch of Greed. Kinda hilarious by the way with his responses. Garfiel or whatever his name is a weird one. They picked a fitting VA for his character role. This episode itself is pretty weird if you ask me but had some rather entertaining dialogues mixed in together. Of course Rem is still on Subaru's mind . |

But seriously, there was a lot of dialogue and I will probably require a re-watch to gather all of the necessary information from this episode. Highlights were the witch and Subaru meeting and the dad giving Subaru the old Isshin Kurosaki treatment. |

Great to see Garfiel and Ram too, missed Ram’s sharp tongue. Garfiel is just as great animated as I’d hoped. Going to be fun watching his and Subaru’s dynamic unfold this season. Awesome episode, but real men of culture are just waiting for the true highlight of this arc, Dona in a school uniform. ED is a bop too as you’d expect from the GOAT isekai. |

| Poor Echidna, she is just looking for some attention in that deserted place. Subaru met Garfiel, Emilia woke up and they finally reunited with Roswaal and Ram, now determined to help them and bring them back to their village Emilia is going straight forward to the trial. Also, Subaru followed her as always and now he has to face his past. That means that we will see Subaru's past life and parents next episode! |

| Amazing episode. The reveal of the witches was breathtaking and the introduction of Garfield was awesome. Can't wait for the next episode....depressing times are coming. Take a cup of tea and enjoy shall we :P |

| So Echidna claims to know more about what is going on than anyone else in the world...but Subaru doesn't know nearly enough to even want to ask her any questions. Hopefully he'll get a little more up to speed throughout the course of this arc. Roswaal also knows a lot about what is going on, and seems to know more about Subaru than we've been previously led to believe. Garfiel has the teeth of his sister, but rather than showing the kindness she showed, he's got the attitude of Julius on a bad day. As an end note, I really love that Tappei Nagatsuki took something as overdone as the seven deadly sins and managed to breathe some new life into the concept. Kudos to him. |

| That ED song!!!!! sounded way similar to another song I've heard back from a 90's anime, loved it! Echidna is waifu! I didn't expect a gap in personality like that, playful and all knowing, scary similar to Shinobu in certain ways, not to mention the voice! For a sec there I thought Accelerator popped in the show, they picked well for the new chara voices. Last part.. Subaru's dad got em gains, dude is muscular af. I'm always on edge when watching this shit.. you can't tell when depressing shit will just hit. A little bothered Subaru didn't even think of asking Echidna if there's another easier way to break the spell when it comes to you know who, maybe she's not as important to him as I've assumed after all, dude was just hell bent on returning back to Emilia's side. I mean... he does have quite the special ability, we all knew he's special. Is there something else supposed to be implied there? Wait for it.. like in last episode where he wanted Beatrice to apologize for bullshit reasons, Beatrice not helping Emilia and the others is not a bullshit reason. She didn't help them during the Witch Cult attack. Nor did she bother to come out and talk to Emilia and Frederica after that. That witch was not THE witch right? | I expected Echidna to be more threatening, but she is witch waifu material. Also, fuckin' hell that ending. We back in the real world huh? Something about facing your past? Is that what's the trial is about? |

| Another good episode of Re:Zero. I liked the conversation between Echidna and Subaru especially when it came to the little tidbits we got about the various witches. With the way the episode ended, it seems we'll be getting some backstory of Subaru when he was back in his previous world. |
| Emilia was so great in this episode (And Subaru with Echidna too xD) but damn the end is VERY interesting I wonder what really happened to Subaru and Emilia and why we're back to the real world, now I just can't wait until the next episode, it's gonna be a long week xD |

| Good episode, we got a good background look on Echidna, and we were also introduced to Garfiel, who i'm assuming is Fredricas brother, as they look alike and have the same smile. They are stuck in the sanctuary which kinda sucks. They finally made it to the sanctuary, where they saw all the villages happily talking to each other, and acknowledge Emilia for going through the trial. Subaru went into the trial after emilia, ultimately seeing Emilia on the floor collapsed, and then Subaru got a flash back with his father, which could potentially be the past. 9/10 |

| I really loved the visuals in the opening of this episode, very spooky and colourful. Very well put together. It's spooky how she sounds like Emilia, sure could be same va, but that's just terrifying to think about. Cannot wait for next week. |

| My impression on Echidna was half intimidating and half funny. Even at the last part, that was straight-up hilarious and pitiful. Subaru worrying on Emilia rather than talking to her. Mind's still hazy from the first season plot but finally Emilia gets the support of the village even though she was snubbed before. That's a nice move for her. Bruh, he's back in the real world. Damn, his father flexing his muscle. Didn't expected that. Cannot wait for the next episode! |

Lot's Of More Twists & Turns In This Episode Of Re:Zero, We Meet Echidina & She And Subaru Talk Not About Much But Echidina Does Allow Him To Take The Trial Of The Sanctuary. Btw Echidina And Subaru's Talk Was Pretty Funny And Echidina Was Cute Too :D We Meet Roswaal, Ram & The Villagers Again & Were Also Introduced To Garfiel. The End Of The Episode Though With Subaru Having To Face His Past Is Crazy, I Am Absolutely Excited For Next Week's Episode.  |

It seems surprisingly low-stakes. With the main obstacle being a trial, but this is Re:zero. So I expect it to get intense. I think this being a longer arc means that there will be more challenges in this setting that most, so for all I know this could just be a minor first step to the arc. It may sound like I’m whining but I enjoyed it a lot. Great dialogue, mystery, and set-up. Can’t wait for more! In the first season, while they were fighting the witch cult (correct me if I am remembering wrong) they couldn't transport every one to safety so they were split up. Half the town evacuated to the Sanctuary, while the other half went with Subaru. Everything is taken care of, and they return to the village, but they find that the half that went to the Sanctuary hasn't returned for some reason, and there is no message or contact with them at all. So naturally, they go to find them. Only people who are mixed are stuck there by magic. The townsfolk, Ram, and Roswaal aren't stuck there because of magic, they are stuck there because the mixed people will not let them leave. It is true that Emilia is stuck there now because of the magic, but it wouldn't really matter either way because they still have to get the townspeople out. I don't think the set up is flimsy. |
