| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty much an aftermath of the match and its following... Now that the match is over, we got a bit of building up for the next arc. I'm kinda glad this is a breather episode honestly with how intense the drama was from the previous episodes. Everyone worked so hard to get to where they are now. Tsubasa is in high spirits and I have no doubt he'll make his rivals again. Seems he and Genzou shares quite a bit of respect for each other. |

| Yup, ceremony time. Even mother didn't notice coach guy disappearing. The lady decided to get both. Mother found the letter from him, and everyone realized he went alone. The letter explains about his reason (not just family concern, but also about his eyes might affect his coach). Tsubasa couldn't catch up. Misaki leaving soon, and players from other schools were also called to sign the ball for farewell. What's only missing is Tsubasa, who is in shock. Oh, he left a note to Tsubasa so it's like he's training him. Tsubasa finally caught up, sort of. He used shooting to hand the signed ball to him. Wakabayashi, who caught up, announced that he's sent to Germany, and challenged Tsubasa again. At first, it seems like Tsubasa got changing shoot, but it hit the goal, so he shot again and Wakabayashi got the ball. Wakabayashi said he won't come back until he reached goal. Tsubasa decided to stay and put going to Brazil on hold. 3 years passed. Kouhai guy joined Hyuga guy's school. 25:50 next. Wow, I was correct. ED for elementary school arc ends with all members version. |

| Nice episode and also, the final episode of the elementary school portion for Captain Tsubasa. I'm excited to see how this new arc pans out. I'm hoping it will be as good if not, better, than this arc. |

| It's very curious that Tsubasa decided to stay at Nankatsu instead go to Toho. Is to Hyuga as rival again? Well at least Misaki & Wakabayashi are not with Tsubasa anymore so the final match doesn't gonna be a copy-paste. |
| And the Elemantary School arc ended!! I loved how they animated Tsubasa's scene watching the plane going away! Everything went more or less the way I remembered them, and it was awesome! Nitta and Katagiri already appeared, and I loved the latest voice! I'm very hyped so see the Middle School Arc's development! |

| Roberto is such a ninja, appearing and disappearing without being noticed xD It was a nice episode and it worked well as a conclusion for this arc. So... Roberto actually left Tsubasa behind and Tsubasa decided to go to Nankatsu Middle School. Kind of curious because I think Toho was an excellent option but oh well. Damn, Oliver Kahn being a reference for Genzo, nice. All in all, this whole Tournament Arc was great to see. I really enjoyed it and now, I'm looking forward to seeing what the next arc will offer. P.S.: Just being curious because I barely remember the original series but Sanae's crush on Tsubasa stays just in that? or will they end up together at some point? |

| Good episode. The elementary school tournament was honestly my favorite arc from the original anime and it remains true to this day. I think they could've animated the iconic scene where Tsubasa kicks the ball to Misaki in the bus better. Genzo stops Tsubasa's goal attempt and decides to leave for Germany. Middle School arc begins and contrary to the last one, this is my least favorite arc in the series because of things we will see soon. Anyway, looking forward to more. |

| So, there is a middle school tournament EVERY year? It's so weird to see the whole Germany instead of the Federal Republic... I guess the same thing was done with the famous figures. I would understand "the need" to put XXIst century conditions if it was made for kids but here... 4/5 Finally an episode without a match. @SouthRzVa I forgot when she confessed. She got a return confession only after the World young tournament (forgot the name of the competition). After years apart, the guy more or less just comes back to kick a ball for his country and makes a proposal after the "adolescent" World. Then the classic: very young wedding, children, (job failure, alcohol, beaten family), you name it. |

| a very emotional episode and probably the best one so far. a lot has happened too, so this could have easily been 2 episodes. i'm a bit dissapointed in roberto for not keeping his promise. i barely remember anything from the old anime, so the sudden 3 year timeskip was very unexpected. i wouldn't be surprised if nankatsu wins the tournament a third time in a row, since they're a very op team. |
| that was cruel from roberto from not keeping his promise, if tsubasa were older oh well, be he's damn 12 yers old kid, really crashed my heart to see tsubasa like this. and this sort of time skip were kinda fast, it would have been better to keep it to next episode to start the new arc. hoping for good things from now on. |
| I knew Roberto was going to leave but Tsubasa voice got me emotional. Miasma departed Wakabayashi is leaving to Germany Time skip, they got taller basically. Tsubasa would’ve been more deadly if he went to Brazil during his Inter high. |
