| So this trashy, retarded harem romcom has ended. Ignore the smartass anime elitist who got the top review. This is still quite enjoyable despite having an annoying MC. Damn I'm gonna miss my favorite girls, Pansy and Sasanqua. |
| Well, that was unexpected in many ways. Lol @ the 4th wall breaking, the timing for that was just impeccable. A pretty fine Episode 12 overall though, I reckon. I'm pretty sure the lovebirds of Hose will vote for Joro now as the girls will open up and start a battle for their own affairs, which is actually a fine result in itself I reckon. Credits to (best girl) Sasanqua for waking up Joro. She's just been gold since her 360 degree change xD. So it happens to be another message weaved in complexity and etc. but the message itself pretty straight-forward and interesting, I'm somehow genuinely impressed despite giving up hope for the series after the first 3 episodes. Joro then using a dirty trick knowing fully well that Hose would accept the challenge was just ... I was wondering when he'd use this trick up his sleeve the whole time so it's nice to finally get it. And then ending with all the girls confessing, oh my the title is completely off the mark now innit lol? President Cosmos and Asunaro were being particularly expressive in this regard earlier too but not Himawari so I was a little surprised but well should've honestly seen it coming. What a cliffhanger to end proceedings for now as well, damn. Hopefully, the OVA will be an hour length (it's getting screenings for one thing) on another note. All in all, the arcs have been a hit-or-miss. The first one was simply gold but then the mid 2-3 were pretty bad to be frank and this final arc fine, so it ends up as about average for me sadly. Animation aesthetics, Op/ED and the VA (props to Yamashita-san in particular for the amazing usage of difference vocal tones and Haruka Tomatsu for just being awesome as always) were fabulous though so creds for that! I feel like the show tried a little too hard to break free from the clutches of typical harem cliches and it succeeded brilliantly at first but then just kept getting unnecessarily complicated and all over the place. I really admire this approach though, don't get me wrong. But a bit more polishing mainly from the storyline was lacking, I suppose. As such, I'll award this show a solid 5/10. I feel like I would normally give it a 6 but I couldn't help but be disappointed with the progression of the show during the mid-phase. I was thinking of a 4/10 but this final episode regained a bit of the charm so I feel inclined to up the score a bit. I'll most definitely be chiming in to the Op and ED though and here's to hoping Yamashita Daiki-san gets similar roles because he just blew this role out of the park! |

| Brilliant ending. I knew Sun-chan was going to ask out Pansy, but it seems he's still trying to help Joro out a bit. If this were real life I'd tell Joro to just ask Pansy out, tell the other 2 to get lost and then they can be happy ever after. Of course it wouldn't be a rom-com then & would ruin the storyline. If if Joro weren't to end up with Pansy, he's got 4 or 5 other girls to chose from, but Pansy is the one he wants, typical rom com. I like Sasanqua, she's cute, but Pansy is best girl for both her looks (when she lets her hair down) & her acerbic personality. I liked this show from beginning to end, voice acting, animation, bench-kun. The characters, Joro, Sun-chan, Pansy, Cosmo, Himiwari - I can remember them all, which means they made a good impact. So I gave this show a solid 8/10. Come on season 2!!!! |

| Brilliant finale! The first arc was still peak Oresuki but this last one was also fantastic. The second half of the episode just made me smile because it had everything that is so good about this, the witty comedy, dark Joro, breaking the 4th wall and so on. Also, the confessions at the end were fantastic. Still, Sansaqua is the best girl of this show and she barely had any screentime |

| This anime peaked way too early. This ending was ass as well. 6/10 overall. Wanted to give a 5 but the great start helped it keep that score from me. All the girls sucked except for Pansy and Sasanqua. |

| It's finally ended. It was a fun series. Liked this final episode in particular. For some reason I'm rooting for Sasanqua, and it was cute seeing her finally gather up the courage to have a decently long conversation with Joro even if she was tsundere for half of it lol I was thinking are we headed towards a clear victory for Joro in the end? I was expecting some sort of twist but I was not expecting that all three of those girls were going to be real true to their feelings and put their vote in Hose so they'd remove Pansy as a rival. That was really funny and unexpected for me. A romcom where all three confess at the same time in the same place so openly is rare. It was just hilarious. "Even Shunka Saito betrayed me?" This really cracked me when the OP started playing on Hose's side lol Was planning on giving it a 7, but this unexpected and funny ending made it into an 8. Not sure if I'm hoping for a season 2 or not because the plot wasn't really that interesting if it wasn't funny, but I wouldn't mind a season 2! Definitely one of the best non-sequels this season. |

| Joro... what's wrong with your life ? Bench-chan betray you, and now even the opening singer ? Hahahaha. An almost perfect plan from Joro, but he forgot one thing, "You can't lie about feeling". The three girls votes the other side and confessed to him. But, I have a feeling that those two girls beside Hose will also follow what the three girls done in the end. So yeah, what's next is waiting for the OVA to be released soon. |

| I really liked this series, was very enjoyable. Hopefully there will be a 2nd season if the OVA doesn't conclude the story. I give this series an 8.8/10, always had me eager for the next episode. |

| What a monumentally stupid way to finish. Seriously. I know we have to suspend our disbelief, but someone as smart and wily as Sumireko not being able to solve the situation by saying a simple, "Sorry, I simply don't look at you in a romantic way. But we'll always be friends" and Hose is done. But of course, woman have no agency here... Sigh, after the first episode I thought this series could have been something good. |

| I was really surprised to see this was the final episode. It appears that the OVA will be the real finale. When it comes to situations like Pansy and Hose's, I just get incredibly confused. OK, so Hose helped Pansy in middle school from people who had ulterior motives with her, is that such a bad thing? If she isn't interested in reciprocating his feelings, why not just tell him outright that she isn't interested in him? Why is Hose considered a "bad guy" for not responding the feelings of Cherry and Tsukimi when he has no romantic feelings towards them? It was their choice to support him with his love interest. All of that is the kind of stuff that just makes things feel muddled and nonsensical. It was nice to finally see the other girls confess though. All in all, I enjoyed this one. It was quite a bit of fun with all of the wall-breaking humor and self-aware protagonist. The girls were cute and the comedy was solid. However, the main catch to this show was gone after episode 3 which turned this into a more generic romcom. Sasanqua is the most underappreciated girl. 7/10 |

| Great episode, since we have an OVA anounced, i didn't feel like a last episode! Honestly, it was really painfull to see Pansy telling Joro about dating Sun-chan, and she exiling him for a while from library hurt me so much, even knowing it wasn't her true intention! Sansaqua's moment was the best of the episode, she is beautifull, cute and tsundere, she is perfect xD lso thanks to Chiharu and Sasanqua, Joro managed to find a plan to help Pansy, that chalenge was kinda confuse, and seems after that awesome idea and settup from Joro, the other three girls managed to confess to Joro, and helping Hose, since Pansy his also a rival of them, Joro didn't see that coming! And Pansy expressions and reactions towards Joro's lines, were just so damn adorable! But something is off, even if Hose loses and if he loses, seems Sun-chan as won the tournment and will date Pansy, i hope for OVA/s2 soon and am also affraid about that chalenge, seems Joro don't have a favorable win there, but lets wait and see! Overall, this show was a surprise for me, Joro's true thoughts were just so good and epic, and i really loved that comedy, drama and romance from thsi anime! |

| I love how self aware this anime is lol. That OP came in at the perfect time but to see it not go his way I guess is something to be expected with this anime XD. I love how this series makes us love this degenerate of a character just like Konosuba did. The second Joro had that evil grin again I couldnt stop grinning with him. Shame the series is ending with the OVA but I cant wait to see the ending. Im guessing the OVA will be the absolute end which sucks cause this was a really unqiue take on harem comedies and I love how it literally calls other characters romcom protaganists XD. |

| Not your typical harem- no wait, it is your typical harem, nevermind. It tried not to be, in fact, that was kind of the entire premise, but it got there in only a few episodes. A boring harem with god-tier character designs and that's the only reason this gets a 3 instead of a 2. The girls in this series have no reason to fall in love with any of the characters, in fact that's kind of a self-aware joke to some degree, but just because it's self-aware doesn't suddenly make it satisfying. It's still just a bunch of characters doing stuff randomly with no real reasons or motivation so it's difficult to really care about any of it. But it's not just love in this anime, there's also drama. A lot of drama. A lot of drama that was forced and a lot of drama that I didn't care about. Overall it's just a harem that's trying to be original and oh-so self-aware, but just ends up being generic and boring and it's just getting hard carried by the art. |

| OMG how stupid can Joro be with the betting game, he knows for a fact that some of these girls are in love with him and hose's friends even abandonded their own feelings for him and that they all will vote for hose so joro will lose anyway. btw i read the spoilers but just wanted to comment on the episode itself. |
