| Re-watching: Interesting that although Yuushirou is our main character, his and the 'enemies'' roles switch, and we see her perspective of the battle (when he's in the Kugai). |

| @abyss_will It's a hobby (a costing one: he tries to do it on a high percentage of current broadcasts), learn to ignore it. It's just like the peoples that opened an episode thread or were in the first positions by simply putting the episode's events on the page. |
| Alright, things are picking up. Yushiro has been a blank slate up til now, and it seemed to me lazy character work. Now that lack of a character makes some narrative sense. The Kugai unsheathing that sword was doooooope. |
| We could see kugai's eyes in the forest a while ago, before Yushiro entered it...hmm...I don't think they were the TA's lights. Anyway, loved the past 4 episodes, and these 2 written by Konaka as well. Good stuff. I also like the direction and the frequent first person from the TAs we see, with all those noises, information, aiming and such. The computer screens are informative and well designed. Well he kinda did this without realizing what he was doing, so it makes even more sense to not view things from his perspective, he's in a trance. The scene of kugai obliterating the TAs almost looked like he was violating them. Pretty intense. I can only compare it to another famous "berserk" scene from a certain mecha anime of the era :) @Rei_III oh, have you watched this? |
| That kugai is impressive, and beat both of the TAs, but I wonder why it made no effort to dodge the missiles. |
