Break Blade Season 2?

I had no clue what to call this thread. But I'm wondering if Break Blade will be continued. I researched a bit to know that theres 6 movies which turned into the 2014 break blade anime, which was amazing.

Not sure what MAL meant by the publisher went defunct or something in the background section of the Break Blade page. My question is will Break Blade be continued as an anime, or is it continuing as a manga, what are the chances, speculations, if there are any at all.

It's a pretty awesome anime, and a really damn good mecha anime that isn't gundam or evangelion. Would definitely want to see more.

Hey, hey, I'm asking whether the manga is continuing or if its possible at all ;-;

No Game No Life made a legendary feat and came back with a movie after all. AND its made by madhouse the great studio that never gives second seasons to anime that deserve it.

I mean Break Blade got a 2014 remake / season.

Question: just started watching Broken Blade so I'm not sure if this has been revealed or not....
But it states that the mecha is powered by magic...
So where does the magic come from? How do they get it to power their mecha? Is magic in the form of a liquid, gas, or something?

The anime doesnt mention where the magic come from,ppls them selves doesnt know that the past ppl doesnt have power till they find that old robot and descovered that ppls that have magic cant use it so they guess that there ancestors doesnt use majic which make them ask them selves if they are the ancestors sons,any way,they doesnt mention it in this anime but u may find the answer in manga.
Btw,can any one plz tell me if there is a plan for s2 😂😂😂😂plzzzzz,and thx

Human discovered they can move a type of crystal by psychic power which they later called "Magic". This "Magic" can only move and control things made and build by that specific crystal. Time passed and everything in the world is made and built by crystals that human can control by using their mind. That's also what caused the war, the mining of the crystal is running out on the empire and they needed a new source. That's why they invade other countries.
That ancient robot (base frame) is built by steel and well... computers.. as of our age, not crystal. As of why only the protagonist can move it.. is a myth, by right all human can use it. Or it has some sort of dna scanner that only let human that can't control crystal move it. Since it's ancient times in the past with no records... the author doesn't want to think much about it i guess. And before getting to that question, the main question might just be "How did the crystals (that require mining) get to replace that high tech piece of art that self recharge?".

if anyone else ever wonders this, fyi the manga is still active as of March 17, 2020 with volume 18. I really doubt they'll ever continue it as an anime though. I loved it but I think it was a big flop commercially. :(

Yeah I am reading the manga, volume 19, the last update was 2 months ago on the fan translation though. chapter 100 was pretty epic though
