| This episode wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. Naofumi going berserk is kind of not that interesting as it's too easy to save him: he just needs his harem to hold him while wearing their plot armours. Are we just supposed to look at Myne as a teammate now, just cuz she fought alongside Naofumi? I can't do that. Hope she gets punished horribly. |

| I already dropped it after this one. I don't know why or what it is but i feel like theres something missing that leave a feeling of unsatisfaction. It really makes me think why i started to not feel the enjoyment like before.😔 |

| What a great episode this was! This is the kind of stuff I was hoping to see more of after the great start in the first half. Sadly now we only have 4 episodes left and I heard sales arent doing well. I might actually read the source though since this show is overall pretty interesting. It surprises me a bit to see so many negative comments, as it was easily one of if not the best episode of the second cour. PS: Watching this after last ep of AoT felt even better. Rage all the way! |

| Oof, the episode was pretty meh for me, but at least the Queen finally appeared, been waiting for her all this time! In the manga she instantly called medics at least and introduced herself afterwards, the anime had a weird order for this xD But the whole fight with the pope was really underwhelming, especially if I look how the manga did it. It was very good and everyone actually did something, lol. And that weird cathedral spell didn't exist, that was so... I don't know, kinda stupid. I was waiting for the second Judgement all the time and it didn't happen ;w; But to just kinda sum it up, the fight had a weird pacing and only certain moments were nice, when the first OP started to play for example, or the Blood Sacrifice. I did prefer the manga design for it though, but the anime one wasn't bad, they actually showed more of it than I expected. But most other moments were underwhelming compared to the manga (and they also stole Filo's moment she had in the manga, why? ;w;). Well, whatever. I am really looking forward to the next ep though, the Queen should make clear who is actually the boss :^) And I just hope they don't plan to shove the next arc in the last four episodes (since it won't start in the next one I guess) since that would be way too short... |
In another week "the Heroe of everything-that-people-say-to-defend-it-ends-up-being-contradictory-with-reality"... Boring fight, defeat another filler villain with the power of love and friendship. yawn At last the queen arrives let's see how many misfortunes could have been avoided if she had not let incompetent people rule in her place. |

| The Pope ; boss level is 99. Also, he used a sacrificial buff. But Naofumi used a more powerful buff and unleashed his secret move! Maximum experience! Good thing The Queen didn't pull a deus ex machina. |
| So, are we finally done with the pope shit? This fight is downright the worst part of the show so far. The tension is nonexistent. The villain isn't the least bit interesting nor intimidating. The animation is whatever it needed to be. The 3 other heroes are still useless 90% of the time. The sense of urgency is no where to be found. Good guys keep on talking during the fight. Bad guys keep on talking during the fight. Apparently, we're still not done with Naofumi's "fuck everyone" mode even though it was resolved like 10 episodes ago. I could go on and on but you get the point. |

| Worse way to die, killed by CGI. I think what I disliked the most about these past 2 episodes is the pope as a villain. Despite being treated as such a threat, there was so little done to build him up as a villain that he just ends up appearing as a minor one that gets killed off immediately after doing anything. Well at least next episode should be hilarious if they get to that point I'm assuming they will finally. |
| Epic episode from start to finish, but that not to say it was as perfect as I wanted it to be. I really dislike how easily can Naofumi be tricked by his rage shield, but what do I know, it's probably called the rage shield just for that. I just don't like the repeating pattern of having Naofumi be swayed by his shield only to realize that he was hurting the very close people to him while they were trying to stop him. I like the soundtrack choices of this fight, sneaking in the first opening was a great idea. I can already see what Naofumi thinks of the queen just by the way he looked at her, he's probably having none of it, and a lot of questions as well. |

Couple that with everyone coming together to beat the cartoon villain of the week, this shits awesome. | For an undeveloped villain that pope sure died a cruel death! Thank goodness for the Queen's save, other wise they would've been dead without her. Filo Forever, even if she didn't contribute much, she will always be my highlight from this Forsaken shit of an anime. |

Hi I know this won't explain much. There were still some differences sure but not many. This series is based on the source material of the light novel. Not the manga. |

| Damn intense episode! I was really nice to see the four heroes fighting together against pope! The rage shield strikes again, and he lost his mind to the shield, but i am glad the three girls helped naofumi to return to his true self, flashbacks about girls were really emotional and heartwarming to see! By the name Blood Sacrifice, obvious Naofumi almost killed himself offering his blood, but i have to say i didn't expect pope to die in that way, was damn awesome and satisfying to see!! Queen showed to be truly powerfull, hope Naofumi gets better next episode, and finaly he will meet Queen! |

| Felt satisfying to see that annoying evil Pope die a cruel painful death. The four heroes worked together in battle but Motoyasu is such a hypocrite for spouting that friendship & strong bonds mini-speech as he was the biggest jerk among the heroes for treating Naofumi like shit. :p And then the Queen is late for the save. |

| Man, maybe it's just me but having the hero's finally work together was kinda nice. Doesn't make up for their actions, but it does show that by fighting together they can be very powerful. The pope's death was gory lmao, but blood sacrifice was a really cool attack, even if it was pretty much suicide. |

| Yo my man the pope got hit with the Jaws of LIFE LOL. Damn I thought Naofumi rolled a Nat 1 for a second, holy shit it went from "Oh this is to, to OH SHIT HE FAILED!" They got me good. Naofumi is the man I love him. Now the squad is cursed again but I think the Queen will be able to heal them rather quickly. |

| Still quite a lot of standing around and talking as the Pope charges up his spell. Maybe next time lead with that blood sacrifice that kinda one shot the Pope, eh Naofumi? The biggest meme of all was that the ice attack from the queen was suppose to do something, but he literally freed himself well before the attack landed. It was pointless -the pope was standing in the same damn place the entire fight. |

The unspoken hero of this fight. xD Anyway, it was decent episode. I've said it many times before but the anime just feels lacking in comparison to the source. It probably is because of all the talking between the action sequences which makes the pace feel awfully slow and it takes away from the gravity of the situation. I was far more engrossed in this when I was reading it. The queen finally makes her appearance, like finally. xD |

The animation was pretty good tho, the fight was cool but the dialogues were ugh. I can't tell if I liked it or not, but more into the like part cause of how cool the battle was. |

| I guess this was okay. I wasn't feeling it that much though. The Pope wasn't developed nearly enough. He just sort of appeared out of nowhere and said "No, I'M the main villain." Blood Sacrifice was pretty cool though, and it was amusing seeing the other heroes be completely useless. It wasn't the amazing fight I expected though. It was almost like a BNHA fight, where they are just sort of standing around yelling at one another, except BNHA fights usually carry some sort of emotion, stakes, or tension. This didn't really feel like it had any of that. Oh well. The next episode should be funny. Oh yeah, and Motoyasu saying "We need to prove that friendship and strong bonds will always prevail" made me want to kill myself. Stop it with the fucking cliches. |
| This episode made me remember Accel world's Armor of Catastrophe arc. Hoping that the further storytelling will be as good. They should have shortened the talk between the girls and Naofumi. The pope is dead so that we can finally go on with the actual plot so 4/5. |
| Decent episode at best, even if by standards it was supposed to be the "best" episode in the series to date. Naofumi's anger, added by the dragon that was slain by Itsuki the prior episodes before, that was supposed to be impactful but it went too much into the emotional path, is his biggest attack so far? Quite the writing but I just cannot feel anything. And the whole "friendship and bonds" thing just feels very cliche, just like the last episode. But what feels great is to add the 1st opening song at their rebellion towards the OP Pope. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL IMPACT. "RISE" up, indeed. However, his ultimate power, though a big sacrifice to defeat the Pope, was a major downfall as the Queen comes in at just the "right" time, and the power "Blood Sacrifice" is as aptly named. Animation is a tad bit better this time round, but by no means still impresses, even by fans of Kinema Citrus standards. Lots of action though. Just not feeling a lot for this episode. Disappointed? Maybe-Yes, but will persevere in. |

| Well, this anime had been taking a good level in its chapters and its way of telling them, but this time they ruined it. Raphtalia and company again interfere and prevent Naofumi from using the shield of anger, shit flashbacks, unnecessary cheesy moments, a thousand years to make a shit attack and the "blood sacrifice" looked like a bad CGI made from a ps2 game. Where was your honor, Naofumi ? Bowing your head to those bastards, what a jerk. Besides, since the previous chapter I've been thinking about it: Why did they jump into the well left by the pontiff when they could have attacked from the front? I sincerely believe that this is the worst chapter of all. 3/10 |

| Good episode but there were still a lot of dialogs, which was a bit annoying considering that the previous episode was mostly dedicated to talking... However I appreciated seeing the queen ! Didn't expect she would arrive by herself on the battlefield, but that shows her authority & her strenght I guess (as a soldier, I'd better follow my commander leading the charge than follow someone's giving order from his very back seat). And finally the arrogant Pope was defeated lol, very satisfying to watch ! |

| Well they changed a lot including the queen arrival. In the manga she arrives after all is over. That being said it was a great episode and I like the queen entered in force. She is a badass. @Fede_5000 is your avatar Blaine the pain or Charlie the murderous choo choo? About the pope he played an endurance game. It was stated from the beginning that if the heroes last enough time he loses. Btw in the manga the weapon breaks and he has one extra attack. |

Well it seems like great power costs a lot huh! the moment that Naofumi lost a lot of blood was just a shock factor for the Pope to let his guard down and he devoured by that cursed power of Naofumi! I bow down to the Queen! her presence is such a glorious scene! OMG! The Queen is so hot! 5/5. |
