| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Impmon was totally trolling Renamon. I want that Jazz version of Slash! that was playing in first battle. Hmm.. Dokugumon has attack called Sting Operation? What, is he an undercover police officer? Oh wow! We might see Mister Lighter doing something in next episode! I heard that Tamers was a little slow to start, but it has been 6 episodes and main charcater has not yet evolved? Well, he hasen't really done anything important yet. Ruki has been doing much of the battles. |

| I haven't looked at the seiyuu for Impmon yet but I'm getting strong Zelos Wilder vibes. And I like Kyubimon's design - Renamon's line is the best design wise so far. Ruki's backstory... turned out to not be all that great. Disappointed, actually. Bored in life? Got it. But why does Renamon want to evolve? Why was Ruki so obsessed and hung up about it? Shouldn't it be Renamon since she kinda sought out Ruki? How does any of that equal her believing Digimon are only meant to fight? How does that end up with Renamon wanting Ruki to understand what it means to be a "partner"? It doesn't really make much sense even with my brain off. Just like with Jian, there feels like there's too many steps missing for it to be believable. |
| Ruki's kaasan? She leaves. A digital field. Ruki obaachan. Dat booty. Dat jan ken pon. Allomon. Dat card slash. YukiAgumon. Guilmon and Terriermon save Renamon. Dat theme... instrumental. To think that Ruki could have had Apocalymon. That would have been OP. Impmon is voiced by Jonouchi! Nice. Well, this is a first. The MC's digimon will shinka last. EVO theme doesn't hit for me. |

| Kyubimon has a really cool design. It reminds me of Ninetails from Okami |

| Impmon got introduced. His character development is one of the best things in this season. This time we also saw how Ruki and Renamon met for the first time. Renamon evolved into Kyubimon and defeated Dokugumon. Ruki showed that she also has a soft side. It was about time. |
