3 Blu-ray volumes. First volume comes out on July 27 with 4 episodes, second volume on September 26 with 5 episodes, and third volume on November 22 with 4 episodes. The 13th episode is listed as the final episode.

i got no complains as long as the animation quality stays consistent and awesome like the first episode was

higher episode count will more likely cause some production problems and thus bad animated episodes

The way the first episode was written, and how well the storyboard was put together, it honestly felt like watching a movie. The pacing of it was a little rushed, bit it only feels that way in hindsight; the first episode established the basis pretty damn well.

13 episodes is like a 4.5 hour movie, and I hope that they're able to keep the momentum throughout the season. :~}

I'm actually fairly ok with this cause the pacing and directing was so stellar im fairly confident the story can be pulled off in such little time. 12 cour usually is a big let down but in the right director's hand he can make it work, ping pong comes to mind, 11 episodes but it feels like 2 cour with the amount of depth the characters get.
