| I m liking this sequel more and more now, finally there is something going on and things are getting more complex, now that we know Li and Eriol are together on something behind the scenes. |

| The new girl looks suspicious :o But she is cute, and obviously has been in the same european places that every anime names to make a character special... New card Action. It was fun to see those trees running while no one but the mc noticed xD Syaoran's secret makes me want to read the manga, but I'll wait. Yue is heavenly beautifuru~ I've been reading comments of people thinking Shinomoto is Nadeshiko's reincarnation :o That would be... interesting, I guess. I wonder if Sakura's dad also knows something ¬¬ |

| Sakura gets another card. Shaoran has been secretly keeping contact with Eriol, and is keeping information from Sakura for some specific reason. Also, regarding that card that Eriol was looking at with the two hearts, does this mean that Sakura is falling for Akiho? |

| moral of the story is that men like can’t be trusted and are evil (true ) Not that this sequel story started out strong to begin with, and I’ll grant that there’s prob more to come, but I do get the deep impression that Shaoran’s just sort of …there. He just sort of pop us again but has no pivotal or substantial role in anything. Being a BF and offering emotional support is obviously nice but the extent that this component is even conveyed hardly goes on beyond that of a far distance relationship. Heck the episode ends off with Sakura wanting to call him more. That’s very sweet but something you’d expect to be more touching from a “I don’t really get to see you” sort of thing. This would be forgiven if their relationship was actively (or even passively) developed — like if they went on dates and cute shit like that — but, again, as it’s treated he’s just sort of there. I’d be tempted to rather have kept him abroad pending a more meaningful (and much more satisfying and emotionally sentimental) return to home girl |
