| Damn.. I got a little teary eyed there when Wizardmon handed Gatomon the digivice. I could've sworn Wizardmon lasted longer than that though... It seemed weird to me that Gatomon so readily "betrayed" Myotismon and turned sides. I feel like there should've been a little more turmoil or doubt or something. Wizardmon makes more sense since he never actually followed Myotismon to begin with, but Gatomon? meh The series is definitely getting good for sure. |

| One of the best episode in the series. Great character development for Gatomon and Wizzardmon. You can really tell the little cat was filled with joy and hope. God damn Gatomon, you do not stand a chance again Myotismon lol. Also Myotismon is a clever bastard. He knew Gatomon will be a problem for him so he kept her alongside. He could have killed her, but then she will hatch from a Digi-egg. This way he was in control of her every movement, well, basically every movement :D |
| It was a little wierd how Tailmon randomly started explaining her backstory to herself but still quite an effective and emotional story. Also, Wizarmon is pretty cool. I don't think he died. |
| I think my neck broke with how fast this whole episode went. First entire backstories exposition handled with all the grace of a falling Pico Hammer. Then the reveal done with all the grace of a white person trying to dance. Then the dramatic cliffhanger done with all the grace of a flopping fish. Every thing just happens to the point it's almost unbelievable. Here are my highlights: 1) Good job Agumon for almost killing Taichi's sister. Maybe cool it a bit. 2) Why NOT wait until dawn? Vamdemon has shown he's weak in the sun and Tailmon knows this so shouldn't they be strategizing a plan of attack during the day? 3) The utter nerve of Wizarmon acting like the CC are weaklings when him and Tailmon aren't any better. Again, strategy using ALL your resources HELLO? 4) How is Vamdemon everywhere? Seriously, wtf. 5) Pointless phone call from Yamato. 6) Good job Tailmon revealing yourself as the 8th digimon to preach to the villain instead of keeping your mouth shut. It's almost like haven't been with him long enough to know how smart and cunning he is. 7) Good job Taichi for revealing Tailmon as the 8th digimon. 8) Wizarmon can fly so why doesn't he just FLY up out of the ocean? And why does he have the Crest in his hand while failing? One of the worst episodes. On a better note, my favorite girl finally shows up next. Nyaromon. Baby. Was Agumon's aim really that bad that Tailmon had to push Hikari out the way? |

| This episode really wasn't as good as I remember. It was unfortunately quite poor. The worst thing for me is that Vamdemon didn't kill Taichi and Agumon on the spot when they couldn't fight anymore and there was noone who could have saved them. This isn't the first time I had to suspend my disbelief but so far it hasn't been that bad when you take into consideration the time this series was made, the budget that was probably poor and the fact that it's a kids show so some things you could let slide. But this was just too much. |

| I love Wizardmon's aesthetic. He's become one of my favorite digimon instantly. Tailmon's evolutions are interesting; from cat to a kind of... dog? And back to cat. Lol. |
