| It starts off with the MC constantly shipping the boys around her together, since she's a hardcore fujoshi. There are some scenes where two of the boys around her might be doing something completely normal but she'll visualize the scene as BL and make an exaggeration out of it lol. There's a typical ugly duckling-to-beautiful swan plotline in there as well. Thats where the " hetero-romance" develops because all these guys start to like her when they find out how she looks like after losing weight and becoming more attractive. I stopped reading the manga after a while because of slow updates but yes, she does start to develop romantic feelings for the guys around her. It's more reverse harem though, so I doubt she'll develop a concrete relationship with any of them. |

| There is more romance then BL from what I've seen of the manga (and there is no actual BL to begin with, rather fujioshi baiting, which is ironic given what the MC is XD). There is some shouji ai.... for like 1 scene... then only to be referenced and given less development then the guys. So people who ship straight couples can easily watch this.... if they get over the main girl's tendency to overly romanticize every contact that the guys have with each other. I recommend watching the first episode and seeing if you like the humor. |

Tell me that. My choice of watching it really hinges on this because I don't have a lot of time these days. |

There is 1 Bisexual guy who is not part of the main group. And 1 possibly Lesbian possibly Bisexual character who is part of the main group (Nishina). The main group consists of 4 guys (Igarashi, Nana, Mutsumi and Shinomiya), all distinctly straight (Kae - the MC - is the one who romanticizes the interactions between the boys, but these are only in her head, the characters are not gay themselves, so like i said, Fujioshi bait, no actual Shonen ai/yaoi). |
| I see this series as a parody in a way, I'm not expecting real romance. I'm reading the manga and it has stereotypical reverse harem tropes in it which are kind of boring but it's still funny because Kae constantly drools over BL moments. And there is a bisexual guy who hasn't been introduced yet, he will provide lots of fun BL moments for the fujoshis. |
