Seeing Kouta dressed up as a girl again was wonderful, the way his eyes look still surprise me.

Didn't expect the thing at the end to be a dog, in complete honesty. This anime never ceases to amaze me.

Personally I think a lot of people are too harsh on Kanade and kaho. I think the main theme is innocent love with a touch of the realism that we face in political issues with today's society. The use of the children's language, although vulgar at times is what you would expect of a typical ten year old. Though they are mature looking boys they lack sexual awareness and this is more of an innocent love and coming of age thing. While Kaho is 15, the reality is that she is a child herself and Kanade is her first love. She had many opportunities to take advantage of him yet always chose to remain innocent herself. After all it was Kanade who kissed her. Her expectations of him aren't high because she understands that Kanade is only ten and does not view her sexually as she sometimes wishes he did, but she serves him as a guide into understanding himself, his hormone changes, feelings, and in some way she is his mentor. There are many crude sexual jokes in the series but it is a comedy shoujo. Another of the big themes seems to be that whether it is right or wrong, you can't always chose who you fall in love with, and that once you do fall in love you come to accept a lot of things. Some of the things displayed were slightly creepy but the reality is that there are all kinds of people out there who deserve as much love as any other person. For example there was an episode where age was addressed as the main issue of Kaho's own concerns. What was said about the five year difference is really not all that uncommon since my own dad remarried to a woman 10 years younger than himself. In high school we seem to view it as a big problem but once we reach college, all of those thoughts seem to fly out the window. My main point being that the love exhibited in the serious is actually very pure and innocent in nature compared to what it could become in the future. However Kaho has chosen to wait for Kanade until he himself is ready.

Or maybe Kanade's real age is 17 but he got Trauma after his mother's death and his friends are going up with the game or something. I hope There will be an end for this shit :D

that's no a excuse but love is she fell for him while she thought hes her age she loves him + she made a promise to him (& later second promise) & JAP take promises more seriously at least in anime's

As usual, the romance is pretty stupid here. As much as I like Sayuri, I kind of preferred her to be alone but they really forced that romance with Adachi and that scene where Adachi was trying to convince her to go to the hospital was pretty fucking cringe-worthy and made bile rise to my throat.

Could this series be anymore of a fuckfest of regurgitated Anime tropes? Ugh. They ruined my favorite character, Sayuri. She turned into such a stereotypical shoujo character. She can suck it now. She's not my favorite anymore.

I'm surprised that Higashida referred to Miyakoshi as "my girlfriend" and not some annoyance.
