Anyway, I guess it depends on the outcome of the second movie, but based on the trailer so far, it seems like a lot of good digimon are being turned evil, and even allies like the 02 children or Ogremon from the past may be enemies in the near future. So I think it would be really exciting somehow if Patamon became a corrupted digimon, and the Chosen Children had to fight him (and given Patamon's perfect form HolyAngemon is arguably on par with BlackWarGreymon, his ultimate/mega form could potentially be on par with Omegamon or so, making him a huge threat). But that doesnt really explain why hes seemingly leaving Takeru. Thoughts? Takeru doesnt want him to go from the trailer, but it seems he has to, so perhaps theres a threat in the digital world that Patamon has to face alone (given hes the strongest of the CC's Digimon?). Thats what I suspect at least, like maybe some strong dark digimon and Takeru cant enter the Digital world and only one digimon can go or something. Not sure. Thoughts/speculations? Also thoughts on the title ("confession")? I think most people suspect a confession between Takeru and Hikari, and I really hope so/think so too. It would fit with how two children are featured per film, and Takeru's natural partner would likely be Hikari. I think there are some other "confessions" that could happen, but these two are the likeliest chance given their chemistry and history. |

| I'm hoping "Confession" will start giving answers, or at least give the final questions so we can start getting answers in the fourth installment. I just want to know who's going to share the spotlight for this one, and if it's Kari, Dark Ocean needs to play a role. That's all I'm asking for because there's still a lot of potential for that, especially since Daemon is there. There's no way he hasn't been trying to cause havoc since he was cast in there. Patamon being a corrupt Digimon could work, but if he is, how did he become corrupted? I think speculation is that Meikuumon is infected or corrupted, so would he cause a DigiDestined's Digimon to be corrupt? Would this cause dark evolutions? That was one of my personal hopes for tri was that we were going to get corrupt evolution similar to SkullGreymon, and I can still see this happening if Digimon are becoming infected. |

| I'm surprised no one has mentioned the obvious theory that the confession part is about Koushirou and Mimi yet. I certainly hope that's not it - I'm kinda thinking (/hoping) the "confession" is about Patamon having to confess to Takeru that it needs to go fsr. The teaser clearly shows Patamon knows what it's doing: it smiles, indicating it has known this moment would come eventually. Takeru screaming could mean that he did not know, though he could just be overwhelmed by sadness as well. Also I'm having the small idea at the back of my head that the "partner Digimon everyone is searching for" isn't actually Meikuumon, but Patamon, and they figure that out next movie so Patamon decides to go to stop the trouble. It's hard to say if all the things that are weird about Meikuumon come from it being said Digimon, or if all the things that are weird about Meikuumon make everyone think it has to be said Digimon. |

| I do want Koushiro to confess. He and Mimi are such a cute couple *-* I was never a fan of the Kairi/Takeru ship but I gotta admit that he being so popular with girls and Kairi jealous is kinda cute. I also hope we get some answers, the hype is going down and we have pretty much nothing yet ;/ |
