| Well it's kind of hard for me not to comment on certain things in this series, since I also do road cycling. Darn, I really need to just ignore all of the nonsense that anime has. . I know it's the first race, but I hope they get better. All it felt like was Imaizumi would speed up, then the kid would, and that happened about 3 or so times. Nice, though, with the 38 episodes, I'm hoping for a good series. |

| Too bad he lost, but that makes you wonder how good he is on a real bike. Imaizumi was obviously thinking the same thing when he was ignoring those girls around him after he 'won'. | Don't say its disappointing, I want to see you sprint up that massive hill on a bike. Even if Onoda had won the race, his popularity would still be unchanged. In the end, appearances are still most important especially in high school. |

| Gotta love the hime song :P he is honestly so like me :D It's been only 3 episodes and i already feel like this anime will be my all time favorite. never liked sports anime so much. MC tho is what makes it special for me. It's only 3 episodes but i'm really connected to him already. I totally feel how he feels too. He is so great too. Trying his damn hardest even after Imaizumi showed how much better he is, he still didn't give up and kept pedaling. That gives a lot of respect. Actually tears flowed from my eyes when they said that MC went to Akiba with that slowed gear, pedaling 4 hours T_T everyone were shocked too which made a scene even more powerful. Also when he said he has no friends T_T man i felt so bad and teared down T_T I really like MC hope he befriends Imaizumi and they will become good pals ^^ New character appears, I like him already ^^ The last scene with MC giving him an anime present to thank him and casually peeking through the door made me so warm inside ^^ |

| Wise lesson: Never slow down for your opponent even if you got a massive lead, show no mercy! Too bad Onoda lost there but still very impressive how close he came to victory while riding a bike that is totally not made for racing. |

| FUCK YES!!!! i'm absolutely biased cause I like bicycling, but this is already shaping up to be some of the best stuff ever!!!!! XD Is his competitive spirit is starting to awaken?!?! And his need for speed?!?! XD but as much as I love seeing Sakamichi getting into bikes, I love seeing him enjoy anime :D It's also fun to read that other cyclists are watching this show and talking about cycling too :3 the part where Imaizuni just dusts Sakamichi instantly.... So true :'( but the chasing down and catching up part can be just as true hahaha >:D |
