Well yeah, judging from the cover looks like this part, the story might be more focus and revolve around Mimi and Joe.
And only thing that caught my attention from that trailer is Mimi, she looks so attractive there doesn't she? lol.

Looks more fun than the first movie, really hoping they show some more of the zero two cast even if some of you may not :P It looks likely that the next movie will focus on Patamon and possibly Tailmon/Gatomon.

the quality is getting worse, that attack animation is just cheap ass. man, TROLLEI, what are you doing?!

I miss the X Evolution quality from you on Digimon series

That's my concern since the first Tri movie as well, the attack animation and evolution sequence are terrible. Even the first Digimon adventure series has better evolution sequence and can beat this one to the ground for good, especially the mega evolution. Since most of the protagonists at this movie are coming from the first series, can they just stick with that? but with improvements at quality and the animation, that would be just great imho.

I still wonder why TROLLEI can't maximize the quality of Adv Tri, I mean, oh come on, even the cheap ass Hunters is still quite better than this. So many jaggy animations here.

Tri got so many revenues from selling merchandises, anime-themed cafe, etc, even paid premiere which is also expensive. It's sooo hard milked rather than every TOEI series now (yeah even precure wasn't intensely milked like this), Tri also do cross-over with the next game series, Digimon World Next 0rder.

I know they outsource this from Koji Itoh Production, but man, outsourcing must have had a better quality than the internal itself. TOEI is indeed understaffed nowadays, no wonder why they use the Philippines staffs for Saint Seiya and Sailor Moon Crystal and still bad as hell.

Tri is seasonal 6 part OVA, 1 every 3-4 months. And they can't even do better quality as previous digimon series which is 50 episodes++? The toys are fucking expensive and overpriced like the digivices, and they can't even use the revenue for more quality? Screw them...

I miss X Evolution, it was also an outsourced one, but by IMAGI Studio Hong Kong, but it's fucking good.

Tri's quality can't even be better than a cheap ass 12 episodes adaptation seasonal anime like Imoucho, etc. Oh and even random smartphone/MMO game adaptation anime is still way better animation

I really hope it's better than part 1. Since part 1 was kind of disappointing (yeah I know it's part 1 of 6, and the first movie is probably just setting things up)

Also WTF! Ken is back to Digimon Kaiser??? WHAT HAPPENED??? Well at least Digimon 02 will shine back. While people said it's bad, I actually still enjoy it while Belial Vamdemon murdering my childhood's favorite duo, Arukenimon and Mummymon.

Imperialdramon becoming evil must have something to do with Ken. What really happened though?? I'm now getting more and more curious after we saw them defeated in the first movie.

Joe and Mimi will have a big screen time. I hope it pays off, since Joe didn't really have any scenes in part 1. Also... Koushiro is gonna be so mad that Joe and Mimi spending time together lol.

Edit: Ohh... I just realized there's still a small scene in the end. Whoa... "sayonara, Takeru" for part 3 eh? What will happen? Patamon dying again?

I can't wait for more derpy Digimon to make fun of on Tumblr.

I'm secretly hoping the Digimon Emperor is an alternative Tai, although him being either Ken or Davis is fine, too. Unless it's Sam Ichijouji?
