| This was a horrible ending in regards to the Novel. I really liked the adaption until the last few episodes. Even though they did it extremly fast paced, they still managed to get all the important parts in. However the last episode was a horrible adaption. They should have left out that damn filler and instead use that additional time to make it a better ending. At least I can be sure now, that this will never get a second season (which was already expected, considering the studio doing the adaption) To all those who didn't read the Light Novel: The LN is really amazing and I can really recommend you to read it! This is actually just the beginning and it gets more and more fucked up from this point onward. I would recommend starting at volume 4 if you want to continue after watching the anime. TL;DR: Great Novel, adaption has high animation quality, but shitty story adaption |

| I wish I read the LN part of what the anime covered before watching it. Everyone's saying the adaptation is bad. Anyway, as a standalone it was average: - The story at least felt existent, but it definitely wasn't done well. Lots of things felt swept under the rug or pointlessly brought up (Suginami's Dark Elf form, the supposed surrendering your humanity for Takeru, who's seemingly okay at the end), and then the usual vague end which is an urge to go and find out what happens next. - Characters were okay, I kinda liked them all actually, but they're typical. - Animation was alright and the art is good. CG ruined it at the end, though. - Soundtrack was pretty good. - Enjoyment was okay+. To be honest, I enjoyed this more than Rakudai. - A big plus for this anime is the somewhat low amount of fanservice, so it feels like it has more to offer. From an anime-only standpoint I'd give it a 6.5-7/10. I'll take a point off, however, seeing as how the adaptation is as bad as the LN readers say it is. Final episode: 3.5/5 Series overall: 5.5/10 Man, I'm going to miss that ending. On to the LN. |

| TBH reveals and twists at the end make me think that if this ever gets 2nd season it will be better than this one. Overall it was fine anime for watching. |

| Well since I haven't read the light novel yet, this episode and series overall was pretty good to me. When I read the LN of course this decision and thinking will change but for now, this series and anime adaption is good. I liked it. This episode in particular is a 8/10. |
| Episode not entirely negative, but the entire anime series has been a bit too shallow, and we have seen recently, also the characters have not been characterized quite well, sad! It's nice the chara design, cute and catchy is the opening that the ending, ditto for the OST. 3DCG a bit lacking. 7/10. |

| I wish that since they were obviously planning to rush and change things, they would tag made it just as good or better than the LN Anyway, regardless of that I enjoyed the series and the finale overall and the characters and their interactions were good too so I'll give this a 6/10 Definitely the worst show some by SL this season and the worst of the 3 similar series too |

| Shame that the show was pretty much rushed from start to finish. The last episode itself was good, although the conclusion was kind of lacking. The show's main cast was enjoyable, and the animation was pretty good, even the 3D CGI as well. But some episodes did disappoint with it's rushed pacing. The fact that the final episode was an anime original ending adds to the slight disappointment of the show's overall potential. Since I'm feeling generous, I'll give the show a 7/10....just. |
| Did anyone notice Takeru's head being glued on in the CG animation? Fucking hell that was mediocre animation at its finest, no questions needed. Everything was rushed, I didn't feel anything for Kiseki who was introduced 2 episodes ago but then again this show isn't the worst this season 4/10. |

| Finale was SO good... until the Kusunagi won against that asshole guy.. But, still glad with the season finale. Ohtori's contract is now formed! Her new transformation looks sick! So does Takeru's ''God-Hunter Mode'', looks like some tron shit right there. Yay, Kiseki is ''saved''. Surprised how one of the members of that group is a part of Takeru and Kiseki's family. Overall, decent episode. Am happy, hope for 2nd cour. |

| Wow, this was one of the worst last episodes I've seen. I mean, from the start it's clear that you are only watching this if you enjoy the over the top ridiculousness of a fantasy world that makes no sense, but this time both story wise with the MC pretending he's doing anything for his sister by not killing her which is RIDICULOUS, he's totally being a dick to everybody involved except himself, but everyone else still acts like he isn't being an egotistical piece of shit? And then there's the animation, topping the finale with one of the WORST CG jobs I've ever seen, the amorphous monster coming out of kiseki alone makes this episode so so much worse. |

| not enough fan service ending ahaha they usually ends the episode with fan service but not this one eh the ending is so-so ending if they continue it, everything will turn into a twist plot most likely academy is the bad guys and valhalla guys are the one preventing the academy doing crazy things like Kiseki keeping her under the Academy for some reason |

| Once again like the rest of the episode this felt really rushed and left so many questions like what is this god hunter thing, where are the consequences didn't he sell his soul and a bunch more that I felt came out of nowhere and had no build up or explanations because it was rushed. I honestly feel this anime could have been so much better if it wasnt rushed and because it was I really dont care if there is a season 2 or not, if there is then okay ill watch it, since I did enjoy what they did have from the story and action but I felt it could have been so much better if it wasnt rushed. Orochi seems to have been hinted at maybe being a good guy but at the same time he's part of Valhalla and worked with the douchebag necromancer. But the head of the school seems to want to bring about this hellish war that Orochi wants to stop. Will need a second season with better pacing to expand on this. |

| Even though it feels like an "all's well" ending, I like how the core problem with the sister wasn't completely solved. This made Takeru's decision to want to keep everything meaningful since it meant taking on all of the burden that comes with that baggage. And speaking of, the whole "carry half of your burden" got a little repetitive, but I think it conveyed how the 35th platoon really came together in each arc to keep the teammate in question from being crushed by said burden. As a result, each character started to change (i.e. Ouka no longer hellbent on revenge). This series had its ups and downs. On one hand I liked the concept of witch hunting and the magic involved, but it left more to be desired in its harem-esque execution. Fights were fun to watch albeit the CGI got awkward at times. Each individual arc's plot reeled me in, but the dialogue got cringe worthy when half of each girl's lines consisted of breast size jokes. 6.5/10, teetering between the two but I really liked this final arc so I'm leaning more towards a 7. | Bad ending to a meh show. I'm really not difficult, but I almost dropped the anime. The last episode was very disappointing, the vilain is very cliches like all the story. The only episodes that I liked are the Suginami's arc. |
| I'm not really sure how to rate this. I liked the characters. I liked the art style. I found the story itself pretty lackluster. I hated the CG. I disliked the fact that there is still a lot of loose ends. (Probably answered in the novels I am going to assume). Going to give this a 5 or a 6 out of 10. Just need to think about it and decide which it deserves more. |
| the action was good at times, there were parts where they got lazy or insufficient time/funds that fighting could've been animated. there was an even distribution of character development but that was about it. it didnt show its full potential, but i'm pretty sure there is a second season and i'd most likely watch that. 6/10 |

| The anime is good, but i think it needed some more episodes to better explore the characters, it felt rushed and this episode left a lot os loose ends maybe they're going for a second season? i wish they'd take the time to better explain Lapis and her powers. it would be very interesting. | I was gonna just give it a 5/10 when starting this episode but oh god that horrible usage of CGI throughout the entire episode. Orange hair, yes I already forgot her name, deciding to make a contract out of nowhere. Her transformation was pretty bland. Pretty lol when labcoat gave bunny girl the last spare of ammo and said it'll last 5 minutes. Lol, I don't about guns but at the rate she's shooting, there's no way that'll last 5 minutes. Oh wow they chose the worse VA for that other Suginami girl. He stopped her sister simply by... grabbing her? Eh.... Yea, so 4/10, |
| I feel like this series would have been SO much better as a 2 cour. That ending was kind of anti-climatic, with the God-Mode and whatnot. Was sick and all, but he wasn't really that much stronger. This anime did it's job though, as now I want to read the novel. I'll miss the music. OP and ED are probably my favourite out of this whole year. OST was just as great. |

| They threw so much shit into the last episode, and the last arc in general, for basically no reason since this will never get a second season. That Orochi guy is apparently part of the Kusanagi clan. Most likely Takeru's uncle. And after that conversation he had with the chairman, it then raises the question of if Valhalla is actually the good guys and the Chairman is evil and his his own agenda. Since Orochi said something about not involving Takeru and repeating past history. That blue haired elf girl who is Orochi's partner happens to be the little lab created elf baby that little Suginami made. That flat chest silver twintail girl from alchemist who talked to the Chairman is named Suginami Suzaku, meaning she's also probably related the team's Suginami. Scar face became an even bigger fag than before for literally no reason other than to be another annoying antagonist/rival. Which is pointless because he has zero appeal or anything interesting about him as a character, and he brings nothing worthwhile to the show. Lapis helped Takeu enter God Hunter mode, with pretty much no explanation, and zero consequences. They made a huge deal about his soul being drained as a consequence and him losing his sanity, but he was perfectly fine. Lol Ohtori got her relic eater contract and then basically did nothing with those powers. Generous 6/10, simply because I haven't read the LN and don't have to experience how atrocious this adaptation really is. |
