| Wow... even though I knew Kayo was dead, seeing her mom and whoever-the-fuck-that-was sitting in front of her just pissed me off beyond words. Fuck those two so hard. I guess that also means that either a) the kidnapping case actually had nothing to do with Kayo and the close proximity of incidents was just a coincidence, or b) Kayo's mom is intimately familiar with whoever the serial kidnapper is. I will assume it is the latter and that clue will be the way out of this mess. And I really didn't think that Satoru would return to the present like this, either, so that was quite the shock. best chapter since chapter 7, no doubt. |
