| lol at Josuke. The part with the water & the leeches was especially funny. Wasn't too big of a fan of the fourth wall break joke but aside from that, pretty much all jokes landed. & Jotaro used Za Warudo! Awesome. |
| Josuke has expensive taste in clothing just like jotaro XD It's so good when the story doubles down on JoJos. Star Platinum looking a lot leaner compared to the SC anime. ZA WARUDO! |

| The rat's a lot more clever than anyone could've imagined and it had Jotaro and Josuke cornered and even got a nasty shot on the guy's neck. If it weren't for Star Platinum's timestop ability, he never would've made it out by sunset alive... They have sniper rounds so they better make the most out of it. |

| Where do I even begin? This is the most I've laughed in JoJo!!! Probably.. Polnareff terrorizing Enya and Oingo were insane too, as was Joseph playing dead, but this one has so many layers. First, the fact that in one fell swoop Jotaro has retroactively become the cutest Jojo, allowing us to read into him deeper than ever. Seriously, his insane knowledge of animals allowing for such esoteric lines like "even a sleeping turtle a mile away would have woken up and escaped by now" has me rolling every time. Second, the relationship of Josuke trying to live up to his cool older nephews standards despite also realizing how weird he is as Jotaro leans into making it a lesson is just equally adorable and funny. I think Jotaro intentionally provoked Josuke to take the bullets. Third, the sheer absurdity of a freaking rat with the intelligence of Iggy using traps against the family and BACKTRACKING. I'm completely gone. But it's not just funny, it's also interesting. Bug-Eaten was an effective and natural escalation of danger when he escaped with knowledge of their attack methods. This continues to be a long ranged battle with punchy stands which I can't help but adore, especially paired with the hunt or be hunted and terrain. We even got a lesson on air resistance and my man Jotaro used THE WORLD and even said Dio's phrase?!?! I knew he'd finally use it but it didn't disappoint! This is a masterpiece…. |
| This got more funny to me, because just before reading this volume i watched this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiPuQ_D_IEI and there was a part about using mines as distraction during actual attack. Damn rat using war experience. |
