| This was pretty good. From what I've seen, best of the season so far. Then again, that's not saying much, since this is the 4th series I've started from this season. Nike seems to be an awesome female lead, but why does Livius have to look so young? |

| I thought Nike had blonde hair in the manga? What happened? I don't like the seiyuu for Livius... The butler for Livius also seems different with his appearance.. for now the manga is a million times better than anime. I rate the anime 5/10 right now. Other than that, I am looking forward to Nike singing in the next episode :DD I was so exited when she was singing in the manga so I'm hoping the animation won't ruin my expectations(: |

| It didn't give me the feels of a shoujo anime... probably because of the art that reminds me so much of shonen... and Nike looks so much older in the anime compared to the manga, her physique isn't as curved as I thought it would be. Oh well, will watch still. |

| This is surprisingly really good. Especially if you take in the fact that Studio Pierrot is the one doing it when they're more commonly known for mainstream shonen. |

| While I did enjoyed it for a first episode, it had some logical flaws that must be removed from the rest of the series. For now, 5/10, but it has the potential to be a lot better than that. I'll keep an eye on it. Really liked Nike so far. |

| Somehow I'm getting a J-RPG vibe from this show. Even the music sounds like your typical J-RPG OST. The Sun Kingdom sounds like something from Suikoden games. It's quite a good start though. Entertaining first episode and the villains breaking the fourth wall was funny. "We gotta please the male viewers" lol... |

| The music for this episode is fantastic. Plus I got surprised by Sugita, which is always a happy occurrence. I'm going to watch this one 90% for the background music because that is some phenomenal composition. Props to Kousuke Yamashita for this one, I'm really becoming a big fan of his after Chihayafuru. |

| I love the feel good nature of this. Definitely surprised me. Would have liked to have her spent a bit more time with the inn keeper and his daughters. Another time hopefully. Those 2 snatchers were kinda lame, but they got what was coming to them, so all is good. I also like that political intrigue thing that is going on in the background and the rough look of most humans. There will probably be a lot of conflict with the Sun King. The preview makes it look like he's an ass, but I'm also very interested in his character. ...And Sugita buttler! Good show. | Quite a decent start and it sets up the tone for the rest of the series :) Humour wise~ Although this episode wasn't in the manga but the anime address the issues regarding her journey on her way to the capital and i thought it was quite nicely done. It's a shame that the character design and animation was very mediocre since shoujo anime always have such low budget ;( But the background music and OST made up for this loss and it felt like very old-school style. I love soothing music like these *~* Nike's voice is quite different from what i expected; I thought she would sound more tomboyish but it's fine like this as well. :3 <3 Looking forward to the next episode :) From the looks of it, the anime will most likely going to be a 12-13 episodes series x.X |

| Seems like a pretty normal shoujo for me. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY but it reminded me a bit of Romeo x Juliet! But well the first eppisode was okay, I like the characters, but that king's kid face omg. x'D |

| Oooh I like Nike which is surprising since this kind of anime often has very weak and useless female main characters. I'm glad to see Nike's not like that :) I do have a little problem with the sun king though, he's like 14/15? Based on the few preview shots I saw he's a tad arrogant and seems like the fact he is dominating their entire world so yeah... I hope that the initiral bratty arrogant 15 year old power obsessed impresison he gave is a wrong one, I could really like this anime then :) |

| For some reason I felt a strong Kamisama Kiss vibe from this series, perhaps with how the silly heroine and the supernatural elements combine. Anyway I liked Nike, energetic, friendly, considerate, pretty cute too. And then there is Luvius who will apparently be a very interesting character too. Also DAT fanservice at the ending with Luvius, will make more than 1 girl (and perhaps homosexuals) to drool over, because the "bishonen" element was pretty strong there. Definitely look forward to watching this series more. |
