| Shouldn't the sword have fallen when Eterna/Twilight went back? I was expecting a clank. Wait what? 0_0 Kazuma is Gekkou or huh? Dammit wtf was with the cliffhanger... this is worse then the Hamatora one especially since there isn't even a "to be continued"... 4/10 after that cliffhanger (5/10 previously)... best part of this anime were the Mahouka previews and the ED, if they only would of tried it could of been good. | I'm confused. Like, I'm not even that sure that a 13th episode would've made the story make sense. But better than nothing still. It doesn't even feel like a cliffhanger. I've gotta say, it was even worse than Gatchaman Crowd's ending. Oh well. |

| I'm left completely and utterly confused after this episode. They threw so much shit at you, it was impossible to comprehend it. Takeshi and Gekkou went back in time? Kazuma went forward in time? or into another dimension? and healed their mom? who might be his mom? The director said like "is this okay Kazuma?" before firing that black ball of death. What does that mean? I also love how Takeshi didn't give even the slightest of shits about Eterna either until he saw the sword again. I mean, the sword totally isn't a living spirit with a mind of it's own, and is the tool for manifesting his power or anything. This show pretty much demands a second cours. Judging by the way this ended my best guess is that they planned it? But the sales for this might be so abysmal that it might never happen, which they probably didn't predict. After investing time into this, I just want it to be popular enough in Japan to get the sales for a second cours. |
| What a terrible way to end an anime. Giving it more cliffhangers and more unanswered questions than answers. I wonder if the sales could even save this to warrant a second season. I'm disappointed. 5/10, and I never liked the final episode. -_- |

This reminds me of the same shit Valvrave the Liberator produced in its 2nd season... A shit ton of plot holes and shit that did not make any sense in the end. |

| This show was terrible. Even if you are a big fantasy action fan there is no way you can say this was good and entertaining. It shocks me that people can actually say they want a second season for shows like this. How was this good in any way or fashioned. Biased or objective, this was not good. |

| Got an interesting idea... What is the chance of future-isoshima be kazuma? i mean, there are animes where girlfriends/wifes call "mother" to their boyfriends/husbands' mom. And Isoshima knows curative magic isnt it? Violet... Must be takeshi himself ._. We know that V has the power to predict the future... Takeshi has it too (Eterna has it). And V tells kazuma that he saved her life... ... Isoshima saved takashi's life during the war as we saw. And we saw in episode 11 isoshima with kazume getting inside the mirror... o.o @_@ confusing. |

| Ah man what to say...I liked the op insert song and the fight between Gekkou and Takeshi really heated up, albeit the story was a complete mess at this point. I had to shake my head and facefloor when Isoshima sacrificed herself, she like positioned herself perfectly and Gekkou waited. It was like "WAIT! Let me get into this angle so you can stab the wrong person!" "Oh my god it wasn't my fault!" As for that time travel segment, it's a real let down because things were starting to get interesting and it just cliffhanged like that. That was the one thing I was hoping to salvage from this ruined world of an anime, but even that got lost in the chaos. Anyway it wasn't all bad, just I really didn't get anything out of this series and so much potential was wasted. Part of me would want a season 2 to start answering questions, but I know full well I wouldn't watch it. Thinking a 5/10 does this justice, but that in itself is an injustice to the premise's potential. Oh and Nano. Who can forget Nano? And all of the prominent seiyuu, especially Miyano Mamoru. Without them, I'd have probably lost interest long ago. |
