Well atleast the trailer was good, it focuses on Ragnas fight and has none of those boring slice of life moments with Noel at the academy and on top of that there is no Noel fanservice either. And to be honest there is a lot of stuff in the game (well atleast in Calamity Trigger) that doesnt need to be adapted in the anime since its not relevant to the main story and is just there to build the lore of blazblue (like for example Taos route, Tagers route and Bangs route), I personally think they should just adapt the Calamity Trigger reconstruction route that was in Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend and its perfectly possible to do that in 12 episodes. |

| I think it's rather possible to make a good story with 12 episodes, if they play their cards right. Like Raziel1991 stated, the reconstruction route in Continuum Shift Extend is a good proof how story could be told. And they would even still have time to throw and episode or two with focus on Academy, which they will likely do since Motoko is casted and she didn't have any role aside from academy in the beginning of the series. |

| seriously guys BB is not a long game especially the first game, this isnt a hard thing to adapt each characters story was around 40-60 min long and thats including the fights, add that to you only really needing to adapat ragna jin, noel, and rachels story, you can just easily intertwine everyone else into their stories in 12 episodes |

It´s easy to wrap up the story. My guess is, they will take the story from the CT Retelling from Extend. That way they can easily fit the story into 12 episodes and should even have room for some of the side characters. |

Right guys? Oh and of course Nasuverse also invented people with alternative versions of themselfs.Oh wait Sol Badguy already had an alternative past version of himself in Guilty Gear (Holy Order Sol). Also if you played Blazblue Continuum Shift you would know there is still very little information about the power of order and because of that its still too early to judge whether its ripping off some other anime/manga/game or not. Also I wonder how they will summerize all the events that happened in the dark war against the black beast and in the Ikaruga Civil War. Calamity Trigger Reconstruction just used an infodump to do explain all that, but to be honest doing that in an anime is not a good idea. |

I get the feeling its going to be the first scene of the anime where its just going to be someone talking over animated scenes of the war(probably rachel, or jinbei) and end with bloodedge fighting black beast or something where it cuts off abruptly Yah really cliche but ehh blazblue wasnt known for its originality anyway, though i dont think anymore than a min or 2 will be spent on the backstory, and yah i look forword to seeing ragna fighting nol, the manga showed scenes of it and it was pretty sweet |
