| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  Mirajane vs. Jenny! Dat swimsuit contest. Well, I know one thing: whoever wins, the audience gets the delight :3 especially some of the other girls also joins in the fun. Lol'd @ Erza in those black leather. Oh dear. Heh, the wedding dresses were cute. Got some good laughs in this episode. Next time looks like it'll be Yukino vs. Kagura. Shit's about to go down. |

| Lol the extra fanservice filler was needed, if not we would've had Mira vs. Jenny and Yukino vs. Kagura in 1 episode and then we would catch up to the manga sooner or later and fillers would be needed. |

| I didn't expect more of the obligatory fanservice. It kinda destroyed the atmosphere... but I guess it wasn't that bad. I thought that they would have a fistfight at least... but it ended just like in the manga. Saori Hayami's voice for Kagura quite fit well. Love it! I am looking forward to Kagura vs. Yukino! They better animate the fight well. |

| Good job Gray. The Gray/Juvia and Natsu/Lisanna moments were nice, Amusing episode even if it was devoted to mostly pointless stuff. Good to see some of the other characters get some spotlight. I guess each team can get 1 reserve member? |

| This episode really wasn't any good. I'm not against fan service, quite the opposite, but a whole episode like that really doesn't do any good. Especially after New Year's break.. now it's like two weeks without FT :( Some scenes were nice to watch but I'd have prefered a serious fight between them, especially with Mira's awesome sitri form.. but well :/ Next week's episode looks really promising, can't wait to see those two fighting and I wonder how the bet on their lives will turn out :D |

In fact, I think the addition of the other female characters was more of a service to the female audience, particularly with the wedding dress scene. I'm not gonna lie, I squeed when they made it clear that Levi has feelings for Gajeel (SO ADORBZ). And then Lucy smacked into Lisanna when she was about to confess to Natsu. I think they implied that Lisanna is realizing that Lucy might be the one for Natsu now. And of course the GrayxJuviaxLeon thing was hilarious and cute, as usual. I also loved the beginning scene where the armor mask guy (forgive me, his name slipped my mind) pushed Ever into Elfman. AGHAFAFHAGH SO CUTE. I'm a fangirl. I'm sorry. But this episode fed my fangirl side very much so, and I am quite pleased. |

I was nonchalantly saying it was adding fanservice for the male audience, however, when you put it like that, it does add a bit of flare for fangirls and couple followers. Specifically the NaLus, Gruvias, NaLina and Gajevy folks. However, because it's in the anime, I wouldn't quite consider that scene canon...as awesome and appealing as it was :3 |
| Great episode but the JuviaXGray and LucyXNatsu moments were forced. I know it's a filler but I would at least wish that metch-ups aren't present all the time. I loved Mira's new form but I also kinda dig Jenny as well. ^^ |

| so...umm...was there a point to this episode? I found it more funny and amusing in the manga when it was only mira and that lamia chick but adding in all the cast for a filler fest just seemed pointless. Yeah the fanservice was good but they could have set a full episode of it with the pool chapter instead of having everyone just jump in to show some skin |

I enjoyed it, I'm not gonna lie, but I was disappointed at the end when I realized what awesome battle we missed because of all the fan service T_T Yukino vs. Kagura, this make me think a lot. Which kind of mages have appeared in the last 7 years? what kind of magic they own? Really excited! |

| I did like this episode, even though the fanservice was 'abit to much', it had alot of good scenes in it that either made me laugh hard, or just smile because they were 'feel good moments'. I properly lol'd at the 'bondage' part of the contest, and Erza completely besting the other contestants :P |

| There is enough fanservice in the manga already, there are other ways to make fillers so they won't catch up. Even though the wedding part is nice, this one should have been the only filler part, shortening the swimsuit ones just to introduce it. I agree with mundo, and would prefer longer battles, they are damn too short. |
| I love the fact it went much better than the manga. I mean fan service. So much my favorite Gruvia moment ( Gray you know you love Juvia). The ruined NaLi part was perfect ,thasnk you Lucy !! NaLu FTW!! I feel like they are going way WAY out of the manga, but I like new changes so I'm fine. Wohoooooo Leo/Loke appeared he was like not to appear until later. I love this episode for it's couples fan service!! |

| This episode was so fucking insane. I coudln't stop laughing xD I love FT soo much :> BTW nice one Mira, some points more for Fairy Tail B, nowI think everything will be better. Next episode is going to be interesting. By the way, is it true that FT will only continue until ep 200 is reached? If that's true FT will already stop next november (?) |
| Yukino's voice actor is the same as Angel's voice actor. strong foreshadowing imo. Especially since they dress and look alike. |

| I was so glad they paired Natsu with Lisanna then Lucy had to drop in out of nowhere, damn her. I hate NaLu so much. Wendy in a school swimsuit was amusing and Lisanna's comment to her was funny. It was kind of unneeded since this was clearly a filler fanservice episode meant to take up extra time. Realistically we probably could have had this and another battle in one episode. |
