| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- after the last episode that i really didn't like except for the first and last few minutes this was really enjoyable :) it was really funny to see how luffy doesn't give a fuck about getting hugged by shirahoshi as long as he has his meat :P as someone who doesn't read the manga i'm really curious about what happens with big mama's men now :p |

| A few times this episode i felt the artwork and animation wasn't that great, and considering that the one piece movie should be finished up i was expecting the quality to step up. At least the story's moving on towards a much better arc. All that i'm waiting for now is to see if fillers will be included or not. |

| Ah, Caribou. I don't like that guy. He deserves getting beaten up. Just a few more episodes before this arc ends and I'm going to miss Princess Shirahoshi once this arc is over. ;( I'll just rewatch some older episodes to see her again like episode 532, my favorite. But I can't wait to hear Big Mam's voice next week! |

He even says to Shirahoshi that he left the other mermaids and took the treasure instead because it would be too much of a hassle to try sell them all! Really enjoyed this episode. Feels like the plot is getting moving again and gearing up for the next arc. Also as soon as I heard Aokiji left the marines I imagined him as a Straw Hat but it'll never happen! The crew is already stupidly powerful and throwing in somebody who genuinely could beat Luffy would just make it ridiculous! But stranger things have happpened in One Piece so you never know! |

| Aokiji joining SH? = Never going to happen. Aokiji joining Dragon? = Most likely. So... Big Mam. Been saying this since the manga chapter but... LOLA (Girl from Thrill Bark Arc) She said her mom was a powerful pirate. Luffy even has her vivi card. Chances of Big Mam being Lolas mom? Very likely. |

Blackbeard taking Whitebeard's position and territories after Marineford is inevitable but Aokiji fighting it out with Akainu for ten days and no longer in the Navy is big news indeed! Who replaced him as Admiral? What about Kizaru? Is he still there...ah all in due time I guess. |

| Did anyone in One Piece mentioned that there should be 3 admiral slots? I thought that they would promote anyone that's strong enough to take on the title, regardless how many of them? Concerning Smoker.. Coby shouldn't be strong enough to take on the title of admiral yet, but he might, in the future |

Well I know that, you guys are right, but Coby WILL become an admiral one day thats for certain. And i don't think there will be more timeskips in this anime, I've never seen an anime with 2 long timeskips. If 2 years is not enough, then when will he become an admiral? Also I can't think of anyone else to be admiral. All the Vice-Admirals seemed very weak, i think Garp and Smoker wouldnt want that position. Who will it be then? Kuma maybe? :P |
| firstly garp resigned and kuma is dead. Yes i do think he will in the future, as far as another time skip goes i doubt they would do that but i feel it would be necessary for coby to become an admiral, it depends how many years the whole new world will be set over, more time may pass over less episodes or something |

| About Coby and Sengoku's new position: What their new role in the Navy is will be told in the new upcoming One Piece movie Z. And we'll meet a certain guy that everyone is dying to know where he is now. For those who has been following the development of the movie recently will know who that person is and the people that will have their fair share of screen time in the film. For Coby to be an Admiral in two years at his age is way to soon. Remember that Coby isn't much favored by Aikainu and was almost shared the faith of Ace at the end of the Marineford arc and was saved by Shanks. For him to be an Admiral or even a Vice Admiral is just out of the question as of yet. Things might have to change to the drastic in my opinion for that to happen. Especially that we know that the World Government pretty much has the Navy in their grip as Akainu is the new Fleet Admiral. Either way, great information episode. Updating us about the what's been going on in the New World in the past two years when the Straw Hats were in a "Hiatus". Looking forward to the upcoming episodes, since I'm up to date with the manga, I've been looking forward to the upcoming arc! :D |
