| Enjoyed it a lot. Nice Detective skills. Reminds me a lot of Detective Conan :) But I couldn't help but LOL when they showed the Arabian maid since she had really dark skin. I've seen arabs, and they have Kazuya's skin tone. What relation does Victorique have with the fortune teller? It seems as if she does have one, doesn't she? Can't wait till next week's episode to see the development. |

| haters gonna hate. i've seen people fall in despair ignoring shows from BONES. this and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica seems to be the only interesting shows this season, a definite watch. and the opening song and sequence is the best i've seen since the times of Baccano! and Durarara! and i've definitely fell in love with Victorique especially with the way Aoi voiced her. It's perfect! anyways, this episode is really good, can't wait for the next ep and the appearance of Avril. ^^ |

| Nothing special about the ep except for Victorique. It felt like Occult Academy at 1st then later turned out into Kuroshitsuji. I hope it doesn't disappoint. |

| To anyone who has actually read the novels I know a majority (not sure if all have been translated in German and the LN series finished in Japan in 2007) but I am curious how closely episode one followed the light novel material (I did order Volume 1 and 2 but as its toyko pop I doubt much more will come out for the US sigh) |

| Nice first episode. Victorique was adorable and the wierd hair dude was kinda funny as well. As for the mystery aspect for this show...nothing much could be said...let's see how it goes next week. =) |
| That was a good first episode. Victorica's voice was right on, though I felt like they were trying to make her overly moe. And it work I hnng'd at her rolling around the floor and getting angry when he inspected what she was bringing. Over all I think should be enjoyable to watch. Also wtf is with the spelling of her name Victorique? I clearly hear in Japanese them saying Victorica as close as they can. As well ヴィクトリカ -> vikutorika |

I saw that and though oh man I want it SOOOOO bad. Also agree on the "mystery" account it was totally obvious and that is one thing that I have issue with in a lot of "mystery/detective" stories. You can't just have the detective surrounded by people with serous mental deficits to make them "smart" by comparison or have people impressed and therefore the audience should be too. Maybe they will get better as the story goes on but if they don't I will drop the show. |

| Yes! This is going to be my favorite anime this season! I already love the characters and the mystery solving is a plus. I'll be waiting for the next episode. I hope that this continues like this and gets even better. |
| The anime has a great atmosphere, although there are some really awkward moments in it. Although I guess I liked them in the end. I am interested to see what it is going to do, so this should be kind of fun~ |

| I'm quite disappointed. Sure it's the first episode, but I thought this would be an intelligent show. Although it tries to look smart, there was realy nothing intriguing at all. The main protagonist are boring and the supporting characters annoying. |
| I liked it quite a bit, seems way more amusing than Heroman and Star Driver atleast, maybe Bones is back with an awesome show :D |

| Just another wimpy male lead with bitchy supernatural female love interesting anime to pass the wait between episodes of good shows. And they even used the same "mystery" as the Haruhi island arc. |

Not bad, not spectacular. But it's just odd enough to keep me interested. I'll add this to my list and see how this plays out for 4 or 5 episodes. I don't particularly like mystery animes, so this will be an uphill battle for me. |

| This honestly looks to be a very interesting series. I'm really excited for this. Also, big props to Yuuki Aoi for landing TWO major roles this season, both being very quality spots to be in. |

| I think this is awesome. Yuuki Aoi has a great role here. I can't wait for more of her. While there are some similarities with Mina Tepes (well same seiyuu so I guess there should be), I didn't get the same rush from listening to her in that show. Victorique is a great character. As far as the Kujou is concerned, I think he's a decent character. He climbed a million stairs because of a golden strand of hair. He confronts Grevil. He went a whole show without apologising, even though he probably should have for rooting through Victorique's suitcases. He's gotten Victorique out of the house. It doesn't look like that's happened for a while. He's willing to yell at her and however he did it, got her on the train with minimal baggage. He seems just right for her. So far, so great. p.s. And for those who found that the first mystery was not exciting -- don't feel bad. Victorique yawned through it too. But it doesn't look like it's over yet either. |

| This show seems fun thus far. I was pretty disappointed with the initial mystery though, since it took me approximately 3 seconds to figure it out, but im pretty sure it was designed that way. Hopefully the future ones are more elaborate. Has potential. Lets see where it takes us. |

| I love this series and I don't care what people will say about me. I'm usually very picky with anime, especially the one that look like shoujo. Victorique looks like Shinku from Rozen Maiden a lot, though they are different in many ways. I must say, that she's the only one that makes the story looks interesting since the main male character is kinda plain... though I like his punchlines a lot. xD The OP and ED fit the theme very well; gothic and classic. 7/10 The summary is kinda common, so it's 5/10 As for the story, it's just like other mystery-supernatural anime, very common. 6/10 The characters are kinda 'unique', and that blonde guy with weird hair kinda reminds me of characters from Shiki... Wow. 8/10 The animation is smooth; as what we would expected from Bones <3 8/10 The art is cute, so I'll just give another 8 xD I have high expectations for this anime, since 2010 is kinda sucks and this is the best new anime that is out in January, so far. Looking forward for the next episode <3 |

| This felt like a breath of fresh air after the Madoka fiasco. Funny,atmospheric,mysterious,well animated,remotely interesting characters... Guess the maid mystery was supposed to be easily solvable.Victorique's reaction confirmed it. | I'm not really sure what it is, but something was just off about the first half of this episode. The directing, the dialogue... it all just sort of fell flat. The second half was more interesting, but still not impressive. The characters kind of annoy me ever so slightly, and they seem to be laying on the moe too. They aren't quite overdoing it, though, so I can live with it. The detective mystery here was quite obvious, but nonetheless I fucking love detective mysteries so I'll bear with it in the hope of better ones. Also, 1920s England. Love the setting. Not bad, I guess. oh, so you weren't listening, you're just watching, geez dude, i'll enlighten you for a bit. kazuya's appearance in the school made a fuss cause he's an asian and in that country they have a superstitious belief of his kind, a person with black eyes of being an ill-omen calling him "kuro shinigami", and with that rumor reaching Victorique's ears she thought that this guy would eventually try to find out why he is being called as such that's why she's expect him to come to the library cause that's the best for you to enlighten yourself to the things in that country especially about ghost stories. she's expecting to see meet with him then with that in thought. ^^, |
