Nice episode...
I liked the way Ekaril scared Mari-chan with the sinking ship :P
Another funny thing was making the ship into a dolphin... LOL at that!!!

Mari-chan dead eyes = shock... wonder how it turns out at the next episode :P

A great episode, with the Hagino x Mari relationship going from a high point (Hagino taking Mari "home" with her, sharing more of her life with Mari) to a crashing low point (Mari finding out from someone else that Hagino was somehow involved in the deaths of her parents and all those other people).

Dang! I can't wait for the next episode to see what happens next.

I'd like to say "poor Hagino" but I can't. Letting Aznael go and do what she wants on the ship was asking for trouble. Dear commander, I know you're so in love, but pleeeeasee...

And now what? :/

I can't help but agree. "Poor Mari" are the words that pop up in my head. But this was still a great episode, I'm so glad things have picked up since Episode 8.

I kind of agree with that...
They gave her too much freedom...

Too true. That was one of the reasons my feelings about Aznael turned around. I thought *surely* Hagino must have a superior insight into Aznael's mental state, and thus Aznael must be going to side with Hagino in the end. But no, it was just a stupid thing to do and it's coming back to haunt Hagino *big time* now. Both her ship and her relationship are effed up now. :-(

So far, the show has been pretty slow (which was why i put the show on hold a bit) and i've been wondering how long until Mari knows the truth .. but it turns out that it takes a rare Ekaril mistake for the relevation

After at least one year I've picked this up again so I can finish it. While the previous episode was indeed quite slow, this one was really good and I am now looking forward to the finale. Surprise!

Well, I don´t know what to write about this, I didn´t like it, as well as like last 4-5 episodes. It lost all the plot and it´s really boring.

What...?! This was so.... how can I say..? too "forced"...? or, too "dumb"...?

Hogino: "Tsubael, take Mari to the guest room (or smething like this)"
Tsubael: "Yes!"
Aznael: "No, I'll take her..."
Hogino: "Thank you, Aznael.."

Affffffff... really? this really pissed me off... Who they're thinking that are watching this anime..? Just "newbies"...? For "veterans" this was so obvious, I mean, was so "forced"; "dumb"...

It was flowing in a good pace.. like a typical and simple 'slice of life', without any too much "wtf" moments... but then comes this. =/

I disagree that this is forced.

Hagino clearly thought that she could change Aznael's opinion of her by letting her roam free and not being kind to her after Aznael pointed a gun at her. She could have kept her locked up, yet instead she basically let her do what she wanted.

Furthermore, Hagino believed that letting Aznael know the truth of what happened to Onomil, via the video that was replayed, would also cause Aznael to blame her less. I mean, Onomil did what she did out of her own will and loyalty to Hagino, right? So surely Hagino isn't to blame, right?

And we can see that it worked momentarily. A few episodes back after Aznael saw what happened to Onomil herself, she started to accept it, and I feel as though she began to blame Hagino less for what happened.

What Hagino didn't factor into her plans, however, was 1) Tsubael stalking her 24/7 which made Aznael suspicious again, and 2) having her memories exposed as she was sleeping - and as a result, Aznael seeing that she saved Mari.

If Tsubael hadn't been stalking Hagino, this never would have happened.

Ultimately, Hagino couldn't have known that Aznael was pissed off yet again, considering she still thought her plan to change her mind had worked.

Meh, tough cookies, I say. She could have been honest about what happened from day one. She chose to keep the truth and play the long game. She should have known the risks and should rightly pay for it. It's not nice to keep secrets from people you know you have no right keeping secrets from, that's deceptive.
From what I am seeing so far, I don't understand how she ever qualified for the role of commander in the 1st instance.

Also the emotional intelligence and logical reasoning of the main character and the extra terrestrial life forms in this anime leaves much to be desired if I am honest. I mean if that was intentional fine but they shouldn't be excused regardless and if it wasn't intentional then well that's just poor writing tbh.
