Well at the end Akito was talking about him and Akiko not actually being blood related, and he said he would explain it at another time. Do you think this show will get a season 2 because of this?

First volume DVD/BD sales appear to be just under 2500, which doesn't bode well for a second series.

That's a shame. I really enjoyed this series and it's probably in my top 10.

I liked this series. A harem anime with his little sis thrown in but with a non blood related twist that only he knows about. That aside this should get a second season because it was unique and it kept me interested. Idk how many series lately I've watched where I struggle through the last half of the season trying to hold out until the end but this one kept me interested the whole time. Lmao.

They really ought to make a second season, as they clearly ended the first season with that intention. There is nothing worse, then a series ending a season in a way which gives the clear impression that it will continue the story, and then never actually doing so.
The last episode was clearly made with the premise, that the series would continue the story in a season 2, if they will not make a season 2, then the last episode of season 1 was terrible, as they near the end reveal info which changes the whole premise for the relationship between the protagonist and his sister.

Completely agree. I have done minor research tho and the result was grim. They didnt apear to be making a second seasons due to reasons unknown (lack of popularity during release back in 2012). If, for some reason they have the budgeting, they might make second season (self assumption). Until then, let us patiently wait while biting our nails in curiosity of who akito will choose.
