| Very emotional stuff. Tambura Reiko was a great character. Here was a certain finality to this episode that will be hard to top. |

| I'm very happy with Tamiya's development: she really turned out to be a great antagonist and a great character overall. She managed to raise some fairly interesting existential questions about humanity and the parasytes, and the resolution, while not the most original, was still very satisfying and a fitting callback to the theme of motherhood and motherly love already present througout the story. I certainly agree that this will be hard to top. |

| Whoah, this chapter was such a relief, I can finally watch forward to the story with a more warm feeling. There was that moment when I wondered if Parasites are humans without acquired emotions, why did Shinji got colder when Migi entered his bloodstream. It really didn't make much sense, but I guess it slipped from me that there was another climatic incident for Shinji that took place at the same time - his mother's death and his killing of the parasite that took over her body. The shock mixed with the need for him to act adamantly, despite the circumstances, was more than enough to make him as cold as he has become. |

| Man! This chapter was fantastic. That flashback sequence had my heart throbbing. The way it was presented made it super moving and powerful. Really effectively done. |

| I thought Parasites didn't really die from bullets, like Mimada didn't. Anyways, that was really great, this time when Shinji looked back to Murano he truly was back. I thought the way the flashbacks were meshed with the scene of Tamura carrying her baby was masterful. |
