DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- the owners go to the pool, and the cans do the spying. they realize just how they feel about their owners. a failed confession, and some crazy happenin with gigolo and pal. same with airin and her boss. preview for next episode was kinda funny. |

According to Gigolo it is alright to follow a creepy man in a sparkling speedo into a bathroom even though he says he is leading you to your friend, despite not even knowing who this friend is. God, I love Gigolo.<3 |
| I guess this is supposed to be a comedy, but even though I enjoyed it, I didn't have a single laugh. Gigolo however is a pretty good comedic-relief character (why do you need a comedic-relief char. in a comedy?). maykipz said: I figured she wanted to show off what mother nature gave her. | I don’t know... I thought this episode was pretty boring. Nothing happened (as expected from a filler episode), but it wasn't that funny compared to some of the other episodes. As someone already said, Gigolo running away from the bi guy was the funnies part of the episode. On a side note. Are the episodes not airing in Japan, is anime-calendar wrong, or are the fan subbers just really slow and inconsistent? |

Yes, episode 9 is already out raw, from what I heard, the regular subber for one of the faster groups was or is really sick, which is part of the reason it took so long for this ep to be subbed, but that's just what I heard. |
| poor gigolo! thats all i can say for the moment, he goes with kochikaze who has no interest in him, and is attacked by the weird guy from the akikan elect. yell definitely likes hajime, but will have to contend with kochikaze, if they get rid of kakaru, who melon seems to like |

It was kinda random, perhaps it was for some time for emotional plot development for characters or do add more time for grape, getting distracted by Mr Duck and grape products lol. The failed confessions and parody of the ferris wheel scene was amusing (in so many manga and anime a scene occurs on a ferris wheel or some lonely amusement park location e.g. the rollercoaster scene in FF7) |
| Like everyone else here, I was most amused by Gigolo and getting molested in the bathroom by Otoya. But overall thought, I wasn't as entertained as I thought it would be given that it was a pool episode for show that has had some pretty funny dirty jokes in the past. I guess fan service was the goal, boobs and coin slot everywhere. Mamiko Noto still has to say Owner like 20 times per episode; I guess it's an easy gig for her. |

| Same thoughts as everyone else...Gigolo getting raped (and he did in my mind) was the only funny thing to happen. I was pretty bored since nothing happened at all in the episode, and we got gross amounts of an out of character Yell for pretty much no reason. Also...Grape seriously needs to die. |
| I can now honestly say that the only reason I still watch Akikan is for Yell. She's cool 8D but this show sucks SOOOO much. Boring boring boring with hideous animation. |

| Typical pool side episode that every romance anime must have. Normally I find since episodes pretty amusing, but this one just didn't do it for me. It just felt strange. The only funny part to this episode was when Amaji when in the bathroom with Otoya. The guy is obviously pretty sketchy so why would anyone do that to themselves. |
