i lol'ed at the president's talk, they should've used the shield thing earlier but anyway, as expected, yajima turns out to be a factor.

I liked this episode, reminds me of the first few episodes which was great. The plot is quite clear now, hopefully it'll be interesting.

it was a bit too predictable for me... though Yajima's talk actually made a lot of sense to me ^.^

Ok you must seriously be a psychic to know that 1. He was gonna a factor(that was predictable) 2. He was not gonna be on JUDA's side and 3. He was gonna kidnap Kisaki.

Imo I think it's a good twist. Not to mention the buff dude might be joining JUDA. I'm hella looking forward to the next eps

excuse me for not being clear

what I meant by predictable was Yajima will betray his friends... of course kidnapping Kisaki was unexpected (but in hindsight it was the only thing he would be ordered to do) but everything else bout Yajima is nothing surprising

1/2. It was obvious that he was going to be a factor for Kato-Kikan, he was in the same pod like thing that the strong dude was in when he was first introduced, therefore they both came from the same place.

3. As for kidnaping Emi, you could tell he was going to do something, he hates her because it's obvious that Hayase feels something for her, which hurts Risako, which hurts Yajima because he loves Risa. While I was not expecting her to be kidnaped, that would be the only thing that I didn't see coming.

oh and, I watch this on crunchy roll and there has been a lot of (pointless) talk about the flower in the road and a lot of stupid reasons for it, so here is my reasoning for it, incase anyone was wondering what it's purpose was: the flower represents JUDA and the pavement the rest of the world, it is a reflection of Rachel's line "For now, we need to survive." The flower pushed its way out, but that doesn't mean it will live, just like the kids in JUDA.

sorry for being long winded, the cr comment forum people were getting to me >.<

I just wish he would have stayed dead but since he came back to life "evil" or brainwashed I hope that he come to realize the truth soon and rejoin the good side or just die. Other then that I though that the buff guy joining was cool and the karaoke was ok. This episode was a bit of a disappointment for me though I hope the series gets back on track soon.

That was gay. Even though he looked cool in the dark with his red eyes I'm still pissed they brought him back to life. He should have stayed dead :/. I also hate how everyone doesn't question him for just appearing out of nowhere. His own sister ignores that fact that they had a funeral for him.

That's probably the worst episode of the show. Direction was scatterbrained and all over the place. It was like a series of pictures with no real animation. We start the episode in the middle of a dinner with Yajima, after he is reintroduced to everyone. Why is that not worth showing? Why are we thrown in the middle of the episode like that? I seriously thought I missed either a whole episodek, or the end of the last episode, and checked just to be sure. Dialogue was repackaged with nothing new. We are once again reminded for what must be the umpteenth time that Hayase is a weak loser, but of course he insists that everything is different when reality tells otherwise. The karakoke scene was weird fanservice with lots of out-of-character dialogue that instantly reminded me of the same style episode from Kannagi.

BORING, that one word explains this entire episode, yajima the one character who had some intregity was brought back in the most predictable way possible, and was quite interesting even though he came back from the dead. the fanservice in this episode was also unneccessary there was alot wrong with this episode, but those were my main complaints

Yeah, this is like the 3rd time I have to recheck the end of the previous episode coz it feels like i missed something. But every time it turns out they've just cut some "unimportant" parts

Haha me too xD With the way this episode started, my first thought was, "Wait, I did see episode 16, right?" I checked my list to see where I was and sure enough I did, lol.

Damn, you said it all. I can't agree more. I actually went and took a look at previous episode because I was like "WTF?" in the beggining with Yajima with them... Also agreed on one of the worst episodes so far. It was frackin confusing, and besides kidnapping Kizami, totally predictable.
YAJIMA should have stayed dead...period.

As for me, this show went from ep1-3=strange, interesting, 4-6=very interesting, yajima died in a great way, Kouichi reacted like every human being would, ep7-12=getting more and more boring, ep13-17=unbereable....

I knew it...

Even now, I still think the VARDANT looks like the persona Thanatos, except it is more cool. In fact, the VARDANT looks much better!

Shizuna-chan was hilarious this episode!! XD

It was surprising seeing Jack Smith joining JUDA. Is it true, or another lie?

I love how everyone is just so relaxed that yajima is back. Pretty sure kouichi is thinking "dude I was holding your severed hand how are you ok" lol really they did the twin sister thing. Did they drop the whole going out thing with risako? So we have a cosplay contest now. Yajima has the look of how the hell does this guy have all these girls wanting his bone. well saw this coming with yajima being all bad and such.

This anime is great for a laugh. Contrived plot twist after contrived plot twist, with emotionally unstable ridiculous characters driving it. It managed to make something as inexplicable and shocking as Yajima being alive have all the gravitas of him getting a new haircut.
