| Seem like Medaka is starting to understand what a style is. My guess on it: Abnormality are abilities people are born with it. In that category there's both pluses and minuses which affect their user's life very differently. Abnormality are talents, a weapon that might but might not fit someone's personality. Style are abilities people gain through life and experience. Unlike abnormality they aren't simply a weapon someone is holding, they are an extention of it's user soul and will. 'Because I love music and I want my feeling to reach people I will reach them.' kind of thing. They cannot be replicated with the end, that's impossible. Style come from desire, will and experience. They aren't just something you got for no reason. An abnormality shape it's user's life but a style is always shaped and reshaped by it's user's life, it's the complete opposite. Abnormality represent the unchanging force of the world, raw power and talent. Style represent the will to not give up, the desire to change, feeling/emotion and the desire for your soul to connect with other, in one way or another. Medaka is finally starting to graduate from being a monster to a human. |

| im getting confuse on what a Style is lol but a song can be a style too that is is not meant for perfection (its just a medium for communication that is related to Sounds for example) so maybe that is why Kurokami with her THE END cannot copy styles since its not meant for perfection or mastery, maybe the Styles have a concept of "creativity comes from imperfections" sort of thing |

Although she calls it "self-defense technique", i still find the fact that she can use it contradictory to what was established in previous chapter in regards to abilities they can use with their bodies rejuvenated by Joutou. Other Medaka's feats that you mention - strength and supersonic speed, were also displayed when she was of high school age, but right now she has a middle schooler's body. |
