| The beginning sequence of the fight was amazing -- how Goku used the Kamehameha as a feint and then moved into a kick from above. I love how quick and easy-to-follow all of these fight sequences are... they're really carefully planned, as opposed to the often long-winded messes in DBZ. Really awesome fight overall, probably my favorite of the tournament thus far. Very pure hand-to-hand combat and tricks. Krillin and Goku are so sweet. |

| That ended a great fight, I have nothing to say about it I didn't last thread. However, I really wish we could of seen Goku strengthening his tail, even without context in the filler stretch between Oopa's father coming back and this tournament. Dragon Ball continues to show us how good it could've been by letting us know what a disappointment that section was. |

| Goku was just testing Krillian. With his newly learned techniques and his present strength he could have defeat him in no time. He is now incredibly strong. I am still confused about Goku and Tien's ability. Both are very strong. This final will be more intensive. However now Tien will fight like a fighter and we'll know about both Goku and Tien's strength. Krillian was fighting amazing but I didn't liked that tail grabbing thing. That was cheap. I admit he is intelligent to do that but that was a cheap thing to do and specially for him because he actually could keep up with Goku for a long time. However Goku's acting was too much. He almost got defeated for that. But Krillians face was worth to be seen and so as Muten Roushi's when Goku got up and talking like nothing happened, haha!!!  |
| Great episode and a great fight! Both Goku and Krillin have come a long way. It was great that Goku trained his tail so that it would no longer be his weak point but he is still gullible as shown when Krillin did the dirty trick of pointing at nothing suddenly to district Goku and then attack him. Looking forward to how Tien vs. Goku will play out! |

| Goku looked incredibly badass when he blocked the Kamehameha. It's almost scary how strong he's become. The animation was top notch and perfectly portrayed how frustrated Krillin became throughout the fight. I'm so hyped for Goku vs Tien! |

| I remember I loved Goku VS Krillin in the manga. They did a great job again here. |
| I could see from a mile away that the tail grab wouldn't work. But, other than that, the two fought pretty well. |
