THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
Zeheart seems to have some type of grudge against Flint well Mobile Suit Gundam. Zeheart joins the club and helps with building their mobile suit.

They all go and visit Asem's house to research more on mobile suits while Zeheart does his own research.

Competition time. Zeheart's friend delievers a Veigan suit to Asem's house which he uses to try to destroy the Gundam. Asem leaves the arena to help Vargas. Zeheart joins in the fight with his own suit.

Romary saves Asem and Zeheart retreats.

Next EP: Graduation time!

Well you know they are some kind of rich family.
It's not the old mens that are high security it's the area they are living, you know what I mean.

Zeheart feel relaxing, when you check the opening they seem to be a nice friend I got a feeling of that Zeheart are going to betrayed them and joined with Asuno later, but he still haven't realize why he feel relaxing.
I probably know reason becuase he don't want his friend to be a danger or something like that.

Romary came and he hesitated to attack Asuno, guess it mean he have some kind of feeling.

Good episode. xD

Next episode: Graduation, Oh no Romary is hurt and he caring her away.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained (Girls und Panzer der Film ) / from Nishizumi Miho

I wonder why the people in the highway didn't noticed the dorado despite its feet was out.

I think civilians run away to fast to notice a Vagan MS's feet, or they may have thought it was a military transport.

Good episode nothing to crazy.

The episode basically served as Zeheart's real introduction. He actually seemed to enjoy working with the MS club up until his "business" meeting reminded him of his mission. Then there was the fact that he said, to himself, he wouldn't kill Asem despite having the Gundam pinned down, and Romary seems to have had an impact on him as well. It'll be fun to see where Zeheart goes.

3/5 for solid character in Zeheart, entertaining fight, and mini MS hijinks.

Next Week: Graduation and the return of the White Wolf.

Also, TV tropes has had posts comparing Romary to Mary-Jane from Spider-man. Interestingly enough, Romary is the only one of Asem's friends who knows he is the Gundam's pilot like M.J. knew Peter was Spider-Man.

The endless debate between fans and haters. At one point, after spending a lot of time on MAL, you just realize it's totally pointless.

to me, it sounded more like it could be hard to get in the estate to investigate when you're a human stranger and not having an MS with you due to the location.. they had to confirm the whereabouts of the Gundam first because cops could come if they took their time.. and i think they wouldn't want to bring out their MS unless they're sure..

anyway, Zeheart is.. .. .. well, i wouldn't want to be predicting some stuff.. i'll just watch and enjoy it perhaps.. i'm waiting for that red MS of his..

I'm really liking that this second arc is going to have a love triangle. I'm looking forward to that...now they just need to combine that love triangle with some idols and I'll be a happy man.

I hope they do a good job with it and don't just make it some half ass bullshit. Throwing in a full blown love triangle into this could definitely improve it.

I gotta agree with the others. How is the Asuno residence a high security place when the ones guarding it are an old man and two farmers?
And the security in that colony is just...ugh...if Vagans have attacked two consecutive times, the second one being the Vagan suit driven directly inside the colony.
Apart from that, I still like Asemu's unorthodox fighting style. And the love triangle that's happening. Hoho.
Preview shows the G-Exes. Woolf with sideburns pls kthx.

They're officially at war with the Vagans for 25 years and the colonies still have the worst fucking security ever.

The love triangle seems to have a completely half ass'd start too. Zeheart just randomly stops when Romary shows up. There was absolutely no buildup whatsoever that Zeheart would actually give a flying fuck about Romary.

1/5 for me. Silly episode

"We narrowed down the are by investigating tracks and shit from the the suit and it's location seems to come from the Amuro estate." Lol.
Yeah because you obviously needs clues and tracks to area narrowing to figure that the Gundam being there probably has something to do with the fact that the guy who made the Gundam and fought with it has his house there.

Also how exactly did they hold against a mobile suit with a jeep and a bazooka? Did the guy need like 2 minutes to get there? How close to his house was that event? Anyway it was ridicilus he didn't kill them in a second.

Another good one. Seriously the whole episode was silly as hell.

P.S: Romary you slut. First you want one guy and then you fall for another guy the moment he saves you from a stupid working-tool. You ain't hard are you? Any half cabable guy is good for you.

Well, this is typical shoujo love triangle bullshit. At least shounen F-F-M love triangles are done decently and without too much drama outside of full blown harem series.

The Asuno's house is highly secured? LOL~~~~

It does not seems so when Zeheart can get to the meager so easily without getting noticed... Sounds contridicting huh???

I think it's kinda new plot to write both 'hero' and 'villain' shows interest with the same girl. I think it will be dramatic. LOL~~~

You need to watch out for them elderly people I tell ya.

I'm interested in how the love triangle will go although we already know who Romary chooses obviously.

I really did not like this one... Too many inconsistencies:
- "C'mon Asemu you want to impress your father by invading his study to win a Mobile Suit game thing he doesn't care since he clearly cares for you to only pilot the Gundam" -__-
- "Oh no, a Vagan robot, let me abandon my bike and try to run from it by foot."
- Not too mention all that was said here about the house security (not even a camera in the barn to spot on Zeheart there?) and "convenient" distance to the MS tournament thingy to the house. Or how the old men hold of that giant robot...
- And the crowning moment of flying wrench induced infatuation. People were really doing anything to advance the plot here...

The best thing about this episode was the preview of the next one: apparently the school setting will end! Yaaaaay. XD

This.

Looks like the fangirls are going to move on from Emily this season. But we all know that Zeheart isgoing to develop feelings for Flit, and yes i'm serious.

Good episode, nice introduction on the Zeheart part. The fight was half assed IMO. I mean Zeheart could have easilly impaled Asem and ended it. Not to mention that Asem could have killed the purple guy too with the fog. Anyway, I'm just glad that Flit/Kira wasn't in this episode to hog the spotlight.

It must remain a secret that you are piloting the giundam. After all, the vagan are dumb enough not to expect the family that passes down the gundam to the next generation forever to actually do it again. What?

Such sloppy script.

The elders on the car with the rocket launcher were ridiculous. The script cliche ridden, and the fog device that is activated and immediately creates a thick fog on a open field in the time one mech runs toward the other made it one of the most stupid scene ever.

So not only it's derivative, but it's also done very badly.

Why do the Vagan's want the Gundam? Their mobile suits are already capable of handling its own against a Gundam? Actually, I think their mobile suits are a bit better. Perhaps it's not the weapon, but the one that wields it.

"Life-saving", a classic reason for a girl to fall in love. But when it happens twice in a row for the same girl , one can start to question the high-school girl's sanity XD

The way Zeheart stops to fight, troubled by the vision of this girl... maybe after a few eoisodes elaborating about their relations it would have been understandable . They should have make a few more episodes instead of a short diaporama for me to care about those 2 guys / girl new friendships.

Let's not talk about the global security or the private grounds of the military chief of the Earth Federation.
