eh...so he's an archeologist, historian, SAS and an insurance agent for one of the best companies in the world. Wow, I'm already jealous
"...our faces marked by toil, by deceptions, by success, by love; our weary eyes looking still, looking always, looking anxiously for something out of life, that while it is expected is already gone – has passed unseen, in a sigh, in a flash – together with the youth, with the strength, with the romance of illusions.” - Joseph Conrad ('Youth')

The way Keaton just waltzes in, kicks everyone's ass, and sets the record straight reminds me of old spaghetti westerns. The main gunslinger would always play gangs against each other, kinda helping them out, but working everything to his advantage in the end.

Keaton looks like a fun character, nonchalantly marching in like he's not a part of anything, yet knowing more than anyone else, maybe even playing a bit dumb.

This series has a nice leisurely pace that reminds me of European (mainly British and German) detective shows from the late 80s and early 90s. The tone reminds me of Lovejoy, actually, even though the main idea is different. I'm not a huge fan of episodic shows, but this looks like it's been done right, at least the first two were very different.

Okay, completely invested in this anime. I've been looking for something of this genre for a while now. Reminds me of a lot of my globetrotting adventure favorites. The likes of the Adventures of Tintin, Blake and Mortimer and Sherlock Holmes. Hoping Master Keaton keeps the charm and momentum!
