| Yappari! the moment they introduced the characters, i knew there is something about tohru!!!! waaaaaa! :DD i want Ko, demo demo, Tohru x Ohana is getting interesting~ and as i watched more episodes, im totally going for the two of them!! :DD -- but, i didn't expect this anime to have romance. I was really ready for it to be just a story of the life of the characters, kyaaaaaaaaaa! Im starting to love it more! Ohana, daisuki! gambatte! :DD |

| I hate the idea that they try to put Chinese cloths on, even I know that they'll fix it later. It's too intentional for fan service, and I don't like it. I mean, wearing some clothing like that at Onsen is really ridiculous. 2/5 for first half, 5/5 for the second half. |

| For the episode it self it was quite entertaining and was quite lovely to see those characters in some nice outfits! But I think we'll be having a problematic arc somewhere in the middle of the anime with Tohru! |

| i can't imagine having to work upon waking up then going to school only to come back home to work again, then repeating the same process the very next day. them high school girls are putting in that work. i have to agree wholeheartedly with one of the earlier comments^^^^ about saying that this anime has a nice atmosphere. I feel so relaxed when I'm watching this fabulous work of fine art |

| Spent about half the episode bashing the new outfits the management consultant brought it, they opened the box and I was just like "No! Absolutely not, get those things out of here!" In the first place, springing an outfit change that drastic on customers that initially reserved a room expecting a traditional Japanese style are naturally going to be in for a shock. Modern and revealing stuff like that would need to come with an advanced warning if you actually planned to do it. Meanwhile the outfits used at the end of the episode were more like a modern TWIST on a traditional outfit, and was much MUCH better suited to this inn. |

| I actually liked their "old fashioned" outfits =P Those newer ones don't fit in with the older style of the inn. The new/old ones aren't bad though. Ohana even had matching hairpins haha. I could get used to them, and the customers love them :) I wonder what other changes will go on in future episodes. Touru's crush on Ohana is getting bigger and bigger.. I feel bad for Minko :/ I thought she was gonna confess to him after the last episode since everyone in the inn but Touru knows, but I guess she's still afraid of rejection and messing up their current relationship? Looks like we'll be getting a love triangle episode sometime soon. I hope Ko visits around this time. It'll make things interesting :) I like how Ohana's grandmother also attempted to try "something new" when she was Ohana's age :) And we got a new ED song. Blending the end of an episode with the ED is always nice. The song doesn't really fit the ED though haha. |
| That was a nice episode. I hope they use those outfits from the end of the episode more than once as they are too good to be a one off thing. The incoming drama with Tohru doesn't seem promising though. |
| Tohru has his eyes on Ohana, GG if Minchi definitely discovers about it, adding more fuel to the fire is definitely not a good idea. Can't deny though Ohana is definitely a cutie especially that China dress like dayum. |

| Well, I'm still feeling pretty much the same about everything. The show continues to annoy me to no end. But at least this episode had a few good moments, unlike the last one. I gathered my further thoughts in this album:  salmon-kun said: Tohru is totally going to destroy Ohana and Min-chi's friendship. But that's the thing. What friendship? The only time Minko showed an even remotely friendly attitude towards Ohana was at the end of the previous one. And if there's nothing at stake, there is no drama (meaningful one, that is). Kiru_im_Ufo said: If it helps to get more customers, [Ohana] is open enough to use a women's sex appeal for that. She is surprisingly mature about stuff like that, which was also shown in episode 3. I like Ohana, but I don't think it's a sign of maturity. She's just 16, I doubt she really understands the risks. It's none of my business what kind of clothes people wear, but having minors wear revealing clothes for profit is all sorts of messed up in my book. (It would be messed up to have them do this even if they were adults, as it wasn't part of the job description when they signed up.) If they had been given a real choice in the matter (Nako and the other waitress were clearly uncomfortable with it), and had they been all adults, I wouldn't be saying anything. |

| Show hasn't really hit its stride yet for me. I at least really like the characters now. Even if they are for the most part really broad. The beginning with the fan service outfits was a bit much. Though Nako's embarrassed reactions were pretty top notch. The ending meanwhile...felt a little awkward to me. Didn't really get what they accomplished by wearing the old uniforms. Made some old customers nostalgic? I did like how just needlessly confident and determined Ohana and Nako looked, once they donned the old uniforms though. A nice change of pace from their usual comedic scrambling. And I got a laugh out of both the "lengthen the slits" bits. Not looking forward to the obvious oblivious love triangle they're setting up. Tohru's kind of old for both of them anyways. At least it seems that way. |

| Nice episode. Nako was clearly opposed to wearing the new outfits the consultant brought yet Ohana easily accepted them, which kind of feels out of character. After the problems in the previous episodes she learned to be more considerate of others, yet it made no difference to her in this episode. The old clothes were a nice way of showing the inn's history through the customer's reactions, particularly the old people who recognised them, and I hope to see more of the inn's past. |

| Ohana got so happy when she got paid those 20000 yen, she worked as much or more at home for way less xD That consultant woman brought some solid Engrish and clothes not appropiated for an inn, while the other girls were embarassed for having to wear them, Ohana looked totally fine with the idea, hehe. It was nice to know more about Ohana's grandma, looks like she also tried to bring ideas to make the inn more popular back then, I like her character so far. |

| Nice, Tooru... it seems you have the hots for 16 years old Ohana. So, the consultant's idea to bring more clients was to dress up the girls as if they were working in a cabaret... well, talking about poor reasons to justify fanservice. I thought it was implicitly established that the Inn was supposed to be a traditional one... That aside, it was an OK episode, the first part was really boring and uninteresting but the second part with Ohana's idea of wearing those traditional uniforms (for just one day!) was a bit more entertaining to watch. And on a side note, it seems Minko's attitude didn't change at all after last episode, which proves my point that the previous episode was pointless. She's still as annoying as usual and now that she suspects about Tooru liking Ohana, I guess she will become even more insufferable, what a pain. |

| Ohana's paycheck is a lot and she's happy about it I mean I wouldn't mind as well This new girl is sassy, But she has a good English accent in fairness I didn't expect that coming from her, Her VA did her justice and it suits her personality a bit, Trying on new styles for a new look since being consistent with the old dresses seems to get bland each time, But it still seemed to be a bit bold for customers so this might not be the solution maybe tone it down a couple of notches But Mr. Beans showed the old dresses that the Okami wore and it might be the perfect fit and all, And look at them the guys were just jaw-dropping whenever they see them walking around Okaasan-Okami. |
